Enjoyed a wine tasting here with friends. I walked in thinking I was just there for the company (never having considered myself a wine drinker let alone connoisseur) but left with an appreciation of wine and the wine tasting experience. Our host Kevin was engaging, kind, and thoughtfully served wines according to our tastes. I plan to be back with my husband to enjoy more of the exceptional fruit wines. The ice wine is incredible! I am paricularly grateful for the lesson in how to taste wine - informative, and not condescending in any way. Note that they do not serve food with the wine but you are welcome to bring in your own. Bring your own mini cheese platter with chocolate and enjoy!

My husband and I were coming back from a great day in Los Angeles and decided we wanted some wine before we go home. I looked up wine bars in riverside and this place popped up. Its close to home and a perfect spot to stop and relax. We had a sample of wines with friends we called at the last minute to meet us. The owner is so wonderful and so knowledgeable of all the wines and he explained in detail how each process works. Im so glad we dropped in. We ended up buying a bottle of a wine I cant even pronounce so Ill call it the G! Its delicious! I will definitely be back not only for the wine but also for the Art classes and Jazz.

I have visited Canyon Crest Winery on several occasions. Ive been to wine tastings, private parties and political fund raisers. It has always been a very welcoming, friendly, easy venue. The owners are both very knowledgeable about wine and lots of other fun stuff. The take the comfort and wishes of their guests and clients very seriously, providing a completely personal experience. So many wines, but no fear, your host and hostess can tell you anything you need to know! Stop by and enjoy tasting some fine wine, and relaxed atmosphere and the hospitality of your hosts!

Awesome! Kevin and Carolyn are by far the most interesting wine mentors that I have ever known. Its a real pleasure and most serious learning experience discussing wines or wine pairing with gourmet foods or most importantly Godiva chocolate!!! A very unique winery concept found only in the Canyon Crest Town Center! As the Press Enterprise said, "Its wine without vines!" Imported grape juice from all over the world is fermented in their fermentation room and bottled by their own wine club members!!! Be sure to pay a visit to one of the enjoyable wineries in California!

Boring and awkward. No one was in there except for her and her husband who didnt even greet us when we came in. It was dead silent... she gave us a menu and then brought whatever wines she wanted us to taste... all of wines were flat. Then I asked if she had any fruit or crackers or anything to go with the wine to which she replied, "no, but theres a Ralphs accross the street and they have fruit and crackers there". Wth?! I guess I shouldve expected this, I mean after all it is located in a shopping center lol.

Owned by a lovely couple who really care about the community and the product they both sell and produce. Half of the fun is getting the bottles you want as they are always friendly, willing to have a conversation, and very much interested in giving you exactly what you want. If you want to support local business and have a good buzz with some good wine in Riverside, there is no better place than Canyon Crest Winery.

This great store has been very helpful whenever I stop for some advices. I have strongly recommended my friends to visit this store for its excellent services. I brought my sister for a nive visit the elderly lady behind thr counter judged us from the moment we walked in, she treated us so different from the other customer (happen yo be wht) she gave us very little conversation and made mistakes on my order serveral times.

My wife and I were wine club members for a couple of years before we moved. I enjoyed almost all of the fruit wines we tried, especially their Black Cherry, Strawberry, and Sangria. If you are in the area, give them a try; they are really nice and the wine is good.

They are not the best but the best in our little area of canyon crest and Riverside, as I know... the first one that I want to suggest is their pomegranate red wine, is pretty awesome, neither sour nor sweet just fruity and graceful.
