Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience at this winery! We chose to taste the reserve flight, after which we were told if we purchased 2 bottles of wine, our tasting charge of $15 would be waived. We chose to buy the Port and wanted our 2nd purchase to be the standard Cab, which Amy would not let us substitute, despite the fact the Reserve bottle she was suggesting was the same price ($28). The customer service leaves a lot of be desired there- not customer oriented at all!! They need to learn that the customer comes first, and you do not want an unhappy taster/purchaser! We will never go back there again!!!

So we started with a poor experience but we noticed one of the employees seemed very nice so we moved to his side and.... Tyson was fabulous and saved the day! Thank you for the wonderful experience!! We bought 4 bottles for later! Try the Moscato...

One of the most splendid tasting rooms you will find in all the tri-valleys. Beautiful grounds, amazing tasting room, order some food and have a picnic. You really owe it to yourself to stop by for a tasting and stay for the afternoon.
