The staff and the manager are very helpful and they always welcome us inside the Theater especially wen I arrived with my group of seniors citizens and wen the weather are very cold out so? One of the security guard, and staff and the manager of the Theater told me to bring my group inside because its too cold out side, I really amaze of the hospitality of the people that work in the Reagal Theater, they deserve 5 star and and the staff that works there deserve and good compliment, thank Very many and Im from Alameda, California and I work in Waters Edge @ALAMEDA Hospital This Theater is the place I bring my group of seniors they injoy watching movies.

Used to be great, now the $5 Tuesdays and Sundays, which were all about getting families in.. a great idea, have become total chaos. Armed Guards, Cops parked outside, kids running around out of control. Yelling and screamin during the movie, dumping popcorn all over each other. Total mayhem. Its normal to see gangs of young kids busting their way in through the exit doors. Great idea, poorly executed. I was a bored teen once and remember the joy of messing around at the movies just like this. pissing "old folks" off was the goal. Except now theres a bunch of underpaid undertrained security guards with lethal weapons. Someones gonna get hurt!

I orders my tickets online. I was a little confused at first but, i could go straight to the door. Once scanned in at the door, the experience inside the theater was very positive. The staff were friendly, and i didnt feel like i was out of place. With one exception. I watched a marvel movie. I sat through the credits. As the credits were close to done, they turned on the bright houselights, and they were bright enough to was out the end scene. So not really, 3d anymore, and barely visible at all. And a group of staff seemed to be waiting quietly but annoyed for me and the other person left in the theater to leave.

You cant beat the Tuesday and Sunday $5 deals. Just need to plan on getting your tickets early or online to prevent getting turned away because of selling out. And if going with more than two people to a feature film, get there early if sitting together is preferred. It could use a little face lift or deep cleaning maybe. But, for a theater that gets used as much as it does its not too bad. Just dont expect super clean. My only complaint, climate control. Gets pretty stuffy / warm inside. Especially when the theater is filled to or near capacity.

The thing thats great about this theater is that its often less busy than other movie theaters due to its location. Its in a commercial area (Jack London Square) rather than an overly residential area. So often when other movie theaters are sold out of tickets, or filling to the brim, this is a great place to go and still be able to breathe. They have a parking garage right across the street and its free as long as you verify your parking at the movie theater. Also on Sundays the movies are $5 all day long so its a great way to save some money.

We love coming for the $5 movies on Tuesdays and Sundays. You just need a Regal card, which is free and they will give it to you at the ticket window. You get points for using it and you can use the points towards snacks and movie tickets. It does get crowded here on those days so I would recommend getting there early. They validate parking so parking in the garage is free, and its nice to walk around Jack London Square and look at the water and stuff.

With only 9 screens, tickets will sell out several shows in advance on big release weekends (so you need to come hours in advance to grab tickets). The theater itself is fine, minus the main lobby area, which fills up fast after movies get out. The crowd inside some movies can be annoying, as several people casually talk during the movie, pass food over chairs, and have even heard someone having a phone call!

The theater itself isnt spectacular but its location next to Jack London square makes it convenient for the cliche dinner and a movie. Also for those like myself who live in San Francisco a $5 ferry ride (with clipper card) after work, dinner and drinks at Forge in Jack London Square, a movie at Regal Jack London Stadium 9 and a sunset ferry ride back to the city make a perfect date night! ;)

I came on "$5 Sunday" to see Get Out, which is an R rated movie. There is a rule here at Jack London Regal Theater that even with parental guidance, children under 7 years old are not permitted at all. I was not able to Get In to see Get Out. The area was nice and we were able to view the waterfront and enjoy exploring the many shops nearby in Jack London Square.

All the latest movies in a comfortable theater with parking garage across the street. What I like best about this theater is that all screening rooms share one lobby and concession stand. No long hallways to trek down when your theater is the one at the very end. Plus the bathroom is right outside the theater doors for that mid-movie mad dash.

Love the location and we can usually find parking very close for the movie times that we chose. We often choose it over Bay Street for that reason alone. My only complaint is the place is in desperate need of a face-lift/remodel. Also it would be wonderful if they added some self serve machines to buy tickets from.

As theaters go, this theater gets it done. The seats are only a few years old, the floor isnt sticky, the sound isnt terrible. But apart from the movie, neither does it impart much experience. There is easy parking and lots of smallish screens so selection of mainstream titles are good.

Decent theater, but they had the wrong signs on the theaters when we went and everybody ended up switching theaters once they realizee they were seeing the wrong movie. Luckily "Everest" and "Straight Outta Compton" have several differences that are easy to spot relatively early on.

Bathrooms were super clean, but an active desktop warning message came up on the screen and we didnt end up getting to watch our movie. Got a refund at least. Edit: after waiting 20 minutes in line for a refund, we are told concessions are not refundable. What a joke.

I was really surprised that this Regal was pretty clean and seats are comfy. The theater isnt terribly large so get there a little early if you want to sit in a certain spot. I like the bag row, lots of leg room. Theres a parking lot directly across the street.

I enjoy going to this theater. You cant beat the $5 Tuesdays, and I believe they offer this discount on Sundays as well. With the rewards system, they allow you to earn points as well to receive free movies, popcorn as well as other refreshments.

Tuesdays & Sundays are my days to go. Because of the $5 deals and its on my days off. Greatest costumer service. Pop corn is good and have alot of different variety of great snacks too have. Have any questions, theyll answer them too...
