Ive come here dozens of times before and I feel like its really going downhill and fast. Recently I was disabled due to a broken foot, which requires me to keep my foot totally immobile. I use a little wheelchair called a knee scooter and Ive become accustomed to being as mobile as I can. But i am fully dependent on accessible facilities. Today after buying tickets in cash at the theater for me and my 6 and 4 year old boys to see Moana, do I learn after Ive already entered ...that the elevator is out of order! Oh, and by the way, the escalator going up was also out of order too. No way for me and my boys to get to the upper level! I was left rather embarassed when my kids were about to cry and a nice movie theater worker helped carry my wheelchair up the stairs as I hopped on one leg to get to the top of the stairs. Felt like people were staring at us quite a bit. Anyways, I would very much give 1 star if not for the nice worker who helped me and boys to see the movie before they were scarred by Century Cinemas. PS half of their video games in the arcade were out of order, this is what kids love about movies people!!

Sticky floor and dirty counters in concession stand. I dont know how they pass the food safety inspection when it is always so filthy in the food area. Your feet stick to the floor, popcorn and soda are spilled on counters. The management seems more concerned with refilling candy than wiping floors and counters. Several times the audio in the movie theatre was too soft, quiet, and we couldnt hear the movie if anyone made a noise (cough, crunch popcorn). When I spoke to management they didnt seem surprised once they heard which theatre I was in. The assisted listening device we borrowed for my mother had horrible static. I could hear the static from sitting next to my mom. When we rented it, all the other headsets had dead batteries so it was the only one available.

ELEVATOR OUT OF ORDER AND NO RUNNING WATER IN BATHROOM SINKS!!! On Saturday December 31, 2016 I took my disabled aunt to the movies. Since she is wheelchair dependent getting out is a big deal for her and takes a lot of effort. Well we were VERY disappointed when we were told that the elevator was out of order. Other patrons offered to help me get her up the escalator. So we went for it! Then before the movie started I went to the bathroom only to find that the water was not working in ANY of the sinks. We have been to this theater countless times before. In the past it has been fine but our last experience has me wondering about what is going on with the management.

Since this theater is close by AND they finally have luxury lounge chairs that adjusts to your comfort, I just come here instead. There are two parking structures to choose from: the one next to Kome or near the business building. Century 20 Theater has three floors: 1st floor being the ticket booth, 2nd and 3rd floors being the concession, guest services, and theater rooms. The theater is fairly clean and employees are welcoming and eager to serve guests. Once in awhile, they give out free stuff. The arcade is decent for kids, teens and adults that want to have fun.

I really like this place. Audiences tend to be good-natured and modestly participatory (occasional random funny comments shouted out, that sort of thing) but never disruptive, and they really only add to the experience. Theaters have stadium seating that is comfortable and clean. Lots of screens and plenty of options for times & films. All the usual movie theater snacks you would expect with popcorn that comes in tubs and not pathetic little trays like some places. And FREE parking right near by!

Watching a movie is supposed to be relaxing the most stressed you can get out of a movie is if its too crowded or the parking sucks, not here. Bart is just 10 minutes walk away and if youre driving they have a parking lot that is about four floors up and best of all, FREE !!!!!! These days you can buy your tickets at Costco and go anytime day or night for a $ame price using Costco tickets. Most of the ticket booth windows are open to help you get in and watch the movie luv it.

Quite a nice theater -- clean, many screens, good selection of concessions, and there is ample free parking in the two adjacent garages, a rarity that puts it among the most convenient places to see a movie in greater San Francisco. They have a couple of the new Cinemark XD deluxe auditoriums, which are a nice way to see a film, albeit not always worth the extra dosh for a ticket.

Nice place to see a movie, but this is the 5th time I have come here to see a movie, and on a weekend mind you, and on onions for my hotdogs. I asked about this problem and a cashier finally told me that , they cut onions at the beginning of the week and by the weekend, they run out. Lets see, throw away hotdogs, or cut more onions. Im going to tanfran from now on.

My wife and I will no longer patronize this theater. The management is doing a horrible job of maintaining it. The escalators are always broken down and there is only one slow elevator for those with mobility issues. The mens restrooms have broken urinals on both floors and leaky plumbing making for unsafe footing. This has been going on for some time now.

The movie had no projector, only sound and several people including myself kept reporting the malfunction, it was not until after 5 or 6 times of complaining that someone came around and tried to fix it. The movie was not restarted from the beginning. After awhile, decided to get a refund, even that took a a long time. Im going elsewhere.

Nice theater in the SF area, particularly if you are looking to drive to it. There is free parking and 2 large parking lots to get there. The restaurants and shops nearby are somewhat lacking, but decent enough to cover hungry movie goers pre/post viewing. The seats are comfortable, and the pricing is normal for a theater.

Ive been coming here since I was little and years later, nothing really has changed except one. If you watch movies in the XD theater, they have reclining leather chairs... YES, RECLINING CHAIRS! Soooo comfy & if you go for early bird (I believe its before 12), they sell everything for cheaper!

Seats arent the most comfortable, but definitely a good place to go and watch movies at a pretty reasonable rate. They dont do student discount unfortunately!! Staff are friendly and helpful and cinema times are all outside so you can decide easily when you get there.

Its your standard cinema complex, nothing exciting about it. The parking garage: Good thing its mostly free, but the speed bumps in this place are insane. With a sightly sporty car you have to be afraid to damage it if you are not extremely careful.

They just dont care. Horrible customer service from the cashiers, ticket takers, and food workers. I give it two stars because of convenience and parking, but this is my least favorite place to catch a movie. I hate it with a great hatred.
