VERY Rude staff. I had book a room for my wife and kids just like I do for all of my employees nationwide. Faxed over a CC Authorization had her name on the reservations and the front desk staff was extremely rude to them when they were checking in. They lied saying they had called me which they never did... Then changed their story to say had left me a message... nope never did. Then tried to say that I could not use a CC Authorization for a family member... Well given my wife and kids were there on business (an audition for a show) and we have a family owned business technically they are also employees. I stay at hotels 85% of the year and I have never heard of or had such horrible service Victor at the front desk night shift really should not be representing Marriott like this!

Super nice hotel, the room was great and very clean. There was no microwave however, so I couldnt heat up my Carls Jr leftovers so that was a bummer. The breakfast setup was kind of weird in that instead of a plain and simple free breakfast, each room gets two free meals and drinks at the Bistro downstairs. And while it was good, it made it tough for me and my brother and sister to decide who got free breakfast and who didnt. Eventually we decided to wrestle for it and I ended up getting a nice breakfast sandwich, my brother got a deluxe scramble or something, and my sister had to buy her own avocado toast (millennials amirite?). I had food poisoning at the time that I stayed here (from lunch the previous day, not from the hotel) but staying here helped ease my pain. Good times.

Ive submitted a personal review to them as well, via Marriott Survey. I believe their front desk staff can be a bit more welcoming as far as truly engaging with guests. I find this important especially upon a guests initial arrival. As far as noise from the highway, yes you hear it. To me its relaxing. Theres rarely any horn honking or sirens, so the normal sounds of cars moving in unison is what you may hear depending on where your room is. The room itself was okay, Ive stayed at other Marriotts in the Southern California area that had better rooms for your money. This could be for various reasons. Honestly I dont see myself coming back to this location. How Im treated over all upon arrival is very important to me as far as making a return visit.

Stayed here a couple of nights for a work event. Place is nice and quiet even though its close to freeway. Breakfast was included for my room but it was from a set menu instead of the usual breakfast buffet style. TV channels could use an upgrade but I guess they dont expect people to watch to much TV as it seems to be alot of business related stays here. Would stay again if I need a hotel in the area.

Paid for breakfast to be included in our room rate, but breakfast was only a couple of unappealing items offered at a coffee bar style restaurant. We chose not to eat the offerings. Beds were comfortable. Shower head needed to be worked on, it shot water everywhere. The air conditioning didnt work and our room was very uncomfortable until a maintenance person was able to come and fix it

Had an awesome time here. Everyone from the front desk person to the cleaning ladies were very friendly and inviting. It was clean, the lounge on the first floor was really nice, and the jacuzzi was definitely hot and bubbly. Had a great weekend, especially because everything was walking distance around me, so I didnt have to drive myself anywhere.

The hotel is right off the freeway with a spacious parking lot. It is smaller than I anticipated. The ballroom was large, but the dance floor was small. There was an open-bar but the drink selection was slightly limiting. Overall, the hotel itself is nice on the inside. There is a restaurant/bar to the left of the lobby which look quaint.

A comfortable room with nice beds and towels; it would be nice if they had a normal no-strings-attached breakfast like other hotels, even though the bistro was tasty. The front desk clerk was very helpful. Also the boarding pass printing station was EXTREMELY helpful. I guess thats about all.

Great location in terms of proximity to freeway and eateries. With a big family helpful to have breakfast on site. Have always experienced very good service at Hyatt. Imagine dirty sheets on sofa pull out was an oversight. Would anticipate staying there again despite this one incident.

Although I am a Courtyard fan, I was disappointed with my stay. They were in the middle of a lobby remodel where the main entrance was blocked off. I walked around the hotel trying to enter and check in but there wasnt sufficient directional signs to a temporary side entrance.

Always a pleasure to visit here. I love it when you fix my key card to access all my rooms. Although dont expect this special service unless youre me and I personally. So glad its family owned. Anyhow its always a blast and I cant imagine a trip to LA without a visit.

The courtyard by marriott los angeled pasadena was a surprisingly nice hotel. The exterior was a typical hotel, but inside the entrence carpet was red and it was pretty nice. I went into the ballroom it was pretty spacious seating around 500 people if not more.

Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Food served was also good! Chicken and beef were better than some other catering places. They had a yummy lemon cake as well. Internet was not the fastest, but it did the job. Would recommend for events.

Booked room with breakfast. Checked in and receptionist said room did not come with breakfast. Asked a different receptionist in the morning and they werent what my room rate included. The bathroom had a mini sink where you could not put even a bar of soap on.

Great beds (a little firm) showers had good pressure they serve breakfast which was also good. The staff was great.lactation is great lots of restaurants near by even a Chuck E.cheese. pool ifs a little snarl for many taste but in all it was a good experience

Everyone who works here is friendly, courteous and go out of their way to be helpful. Service is always prompt and detail oriented. Accommodations are comfortable. Convenient location to a lot of great restaurants and just minutes away from Westfield Mall!

The rooms are nice enough. It is what you would mostly expect at the price point. The main issue is the freeway noise that can be heard all night. If you are looking for a free breakfast buffet you will want to look elsewhere.

Dont stay here hallways reek of weed and guests are very loud. Seams like a party hotel Staff doesnt care about the intense weed stench when notified. Not family friendly. Bathrooms dirty hair on toilet and shower.

Stayed there 2 nights. I needed surgery at City Of Hope. The staff is kind and polite. The manager allowed us a later check out. The Marriott amenities were wonderful. P. S. NICE DISCOUNT. Due to surgery.

The staff there is amazing, from valet, to front desk, to catering staff. We qre at tye hotel at least once a month for business meetings, and they took the time to get to know us and treat us like VIP.
