Ive gone to this theater regularly (like 2X a month) for almost 25 years. The staff is exceptional. Management has done a terrific job of hiring quality people, including handicapped and middle age people of all races and ethnicities. The best thing to happen since about Jan 2015 is the addition of "closed-captioning" glasses which I asked about when I realized I was having trouble processing the audio (background music overpowered dialogue). Their response was "have you tried our closed-captioning glasses?" I now ask for these for every movie except the action-packed ones with little meaningful dialogue (like Terminator Genisys). The text is displayed on the inside of the lenses and not on the screen, so you can move your head and still "read" the audio. It takes 2-3 minutes for the manager to bring these to you in the lobby and this usually gives you a chance to get popcorn, etc. and visit with the security staff (the Black guy, age abt 30, who works there now (February 2016), is friendly and will even hold your soda while you place the lanyard around your neck which holds the glasses. And dont fail to sign up for a Regal Card. It accumulates points for every purchase and I get a free movie ticket about every three months and either free popcorn or a free small soda at least once a month.

Tripped over a womans purse in the aisle and dropped my pretzel and cheese cup. She followed me to the counter to ask for a refund. When I asked for a refund the manager was very rude and told me to go get the pretzel from the theater floor and bring it to him to get a replacement. I refused so he had someone else do it. Then he punched in a refund, acted like he was reading the screen for a good ninety seconds, slammed the five dollars and ninety three cents on the glass countertop and said "There ya go." I waited a few seconds for him to make eye contact but he never did. I slid my change from the counter and told him he was unprofessional, to which he also ignored. Now Im missing my movie to write this! Horrible experience!

This theater has been a mainstay in my neighborhood, but as theaters today have grown to offer a robust experience customers have come to expect more from a movie theater: 1. The concession selection is quite limited and should really be expanded to include more menu options. 2. The seats are small and uncomfortable, other theaters have remodeled to include bigger seats that are more comfortable, as they recline and allow you to move the arm rest up. The theater is fine (Sound & Picture) but really needs to improve the customer experience

So disappointed on how the manager senior make DEAN answered my simple question what door to the movie , because they dont have the movies names on the lightings! He was so rude and actually his employee told me hes rude and nasty to employees! Never again will I go there I was so disgusted with him maybe he should consider retiring and leave the position for somebody that loves working with the public!!!!! The comment below I bet is pertaining to this manager he so freaked rude!!!

Itchy old seats, felt as though something was biting at my legs. And the screen is so far away from the seats that it seems small. If you sit closer, it is like watching the movie on the ceiling because you have to strain your neck looking up. And slightly higher price than newer theaters. At least it was discount day.

My "go-to" theater for the last 25 years. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Bathrooms are always clean and inviting. Snack bar is run as quick and smooth as can be in a theater. Always nice and cold on summer days. :) I have enjoyed so many films here that it feels like a home away from home.

Long lines are taken care of fast and theres always a seat even in a crowded theater. Furthermore they check bags for safety and probably outside food as well but this is a good thing because it takes care of the customers and their safety. Love this place.

I use to like this theater. Normally not too crowded. Tonight there were a bunch of low lifes and annoying people. Wont go back. Ill stay North side of town. Edwards even though its more crowded. Broadway definitely not a family environment!!!!

This is my go to place to watch a movie! I have been going to this theatre for almost 5 years and have never had a bad experience. I love how quiet it is! The staff is friendly and the place is pretty clean. No complaints here!

Watched the movie IT which by the way was pretty scary for a remake..worth the money and time. Theatre was cool. Only thing I didnt like was that they left the lights on during the movie the whole time...

This is probably the most quiet of all the Fresno movie theaters. Its in a good location and plays the latest movies. The theater itself is very nice, large, and has plenty of parking space outside.

Love it. Cheap. I can take my whole family for the price of 1 evening ticket at other theatres. Quieter. Smaller. The only thing is arm rests dont go up (for cuddly couples and holding tots haha).

Friendly employees, clean, no strange smells - even the security was friendly. The seats were comfortable, very pleasant experience. I enjoyed the experience and look forward to going again.

The staff for the most part is nice, place smells a little. Maybe if they deep cleaned the carpets and seats at least at the end and start of the seasons. Area is kind hood now too.

This is the place to go to watch a movie. Great staff,clean theaters, never packed, no hassel, never a issue. I travel from out of town to come here because of the theater.

This is still a decent theater after all these years. Dont forget to buy your soda and popcorn when you buy your tickets. Only 5.41 for popcorn and soda.

Its a good movie theater not too many people love to take my girlfriend there & it not expensive 20 bucks got us in and paid for popcorn and a large drink

I have been here several times and have never had any problems. Not too busy. Is a Regal cinema so Regal gift cards are accepted. Stadium seating.

Great theatre. Just wish they would Not let people bring in their kids 0-5 to rated "R" movies because if/when they start acting up or are bored.

Quiet, smaller theater in a decent part of town. Parking is abundant. Staff is always friendly, snack bar service is usually pretty quick.

UA Broadway Faire is a fine theater. It may not be the most modern around, but its clean and rarely crowded. Usually my first choice.
