Though I have tried to call Regal in Sonora I couldnt get any response......Yesterday (Sunday) I took my 2 15 yr. olds to the movie and the woman in charge wouldnt let me step out of the theater nor go to the bathroom without being followed. The door man also checked to make sure I was in the theater with the girls.....weird.....she informed me that I could not stay in the Lobby nor on the bench out side of the theater room.... she finally got frustrated with me and offered me a refund . She took my debt card into her office and it took her forever to get it back to me....she gave me my two stubs circled and told me it would take a week to get my refund. I got a call this morning from my bank stating someone there through Paypal charged 400.00 even and was routing it through Syria. She tried to steal 400.00 from me. She knew I wouldnt be able to contact any one there. I will NEVER NEVER go there again. I will tell every one I know the same thing. Pay cash if you must.....I will take them to Angels Camp Theater.

My family and I enjoyed watching the minions yesterday really cute show popcorn nachos service really good like always one thing my wallet fell out of my pocket and when I called the manager said one of the patrons had found it and turned it in outstanding effort on both the staff and the Very nice person who turned my wallet in for me.once again Regal Cinemas five star rating courteous clean and good snacks and awesome clientele thank you for whoever turned in my wallet

You are searching womens bags for weapons? Shooting up movie theaters is horrifying, we all agree! But men are the ones who sneak weapons in their clothes not women!! If you are using this tragedy as an excuse to keep Moms from sneaking in candy then you are horrible! The movie theater is fine. Except they should give a fine to people who put their dirty shoes on others chairs. You go to a movie to take the risk of having some ones shoes resting on your head. Seriously? Very disgusting and gross. No only they are damaging the sitting area but is not healthy for others. Commercials. I know adds pay for the movies but at times is too much adds before yo any movie.

For not allowing a nursing mother to bring an 11 week old baby in to see bad moms, you should be ashamed. To deny her is wrong, to say the baby would disrupt other patrons is a cop out. You have no idea is the baby would be disruptive, and if so you have no idea if the mother would walk out of the movie. This is pure discrimination! You should be boycotted and the employees be fired!

This is the most overpriced regal cinema Ive been to. The regal in Modesto is much less expensive, as are all of the regal cinemas in the Midwest. In addition, they dont offer any discounted days (typically Tuesdays), as most all regal cinemas do. I guess you are allowed to price gouge when you operate in an area without direct competition.

This movie theater is so disappointing. We never get good adult movies. Always a lame Pixar, a below par horror movie and one action movie that takes up three screens. Not everyone in this town is a bible thumping redneck. This theater is afraid to show any movie with even a hint of controversy.

Terrible dirty theater and staff could not be bothered to do much of anything. Older lady behind us was yacking on her cell phone off and on multiple times. Couldnt hear me or didnt care when I asked her to take the conversation outside. Staff did nothing. Toilets were beyond disgusting.

Tried to buy my ticket and didnt have my id(Im 17) and then my dad walked over to buy it for me....my dad told the manager it was OK for me to watch it and tried to buy me a ticket ...but then they told m . I couldnt watch it unless my dad watch it with me....very rude the whole time.

The seats were too low for a paralyzed person like me but I was able to get out of it on my own and the drinks really expensive I could have bought a case the cost of a large drink felt like all they paid for was ice and a drop of Coke.

Customer service is great. Some screens need a good cleaning the artifacts can distract from the movie sometimes. Needs a renovation. Their seats are not friendly any more and I believe to all be original from over 10 years ago.

Only place in the Sonora area to see a movie. I would give 4 stars but they run 20 minutes, consistently, of previews. Thats way too many! Its a bit dated but all in all, ok place to see movie, just no bells and whistles.

The service here is great, especially for a movie theater! Unlike some others its not freezing during the winter either so you can enjoy your movie instead of trying to hide from the vents.

Attendants are friendly and helpful and the theaters are clean and well kept. My family drove to Señora from West Point where there is no theatre so we really had a great time, thank you!!
