This place is such a ripp off! We pay an outrageous amount of water! We call and complain as the price seems to increase constantly. Ask they have to say is that that is the amount being consumed. Yet on the bill the chart says weve consumed less water than before. They will cut off your water if youre even 1 day late. Then expect you to pay a deposit of a couple hundred dollars or more as well as a reconnection fee which pretty much doubles your bill, with no payment options!! They dont care of you have kids or seniors. You will be without water until you can come up with the money. Its ridiculous. Someone should really look into them. I bet they are scamming everyone.

I was out of my home for over 4 months, and my water bill was the same, I called to see why there were no changes in charges, they didnt help, they said there was no changes in usage, I tried talking to supervisors but they told me the same thing there was nothing I could do, I was out of my mind, couldnt believe it!! We are a family of four, no showers, no diswashing, no washing clothes... but yet there was no change in water usage!!! This was so unreal, I didnt want to waste any more time or energy on it, felt like I was getting nowhere, so I just paid the bill.!!!!

I moved to Norwalk CA a little over a year ago. I had to adjust to Cali pricing as everything is more expensive than in AZ. In AZ my water bill ran about $100 every three months. Coming to CA., I have been paying about $100 per mo. Recently Park Water became Liberty Water. My Bill is now between $150 - $ 190 per month. I live alone. I am a senior. I am trying to understand the increase. The only comment I get from Liberty is that there was an increase in cost. Wow! 50% - 90% increase????

They close at 5 and shut your water off at 4:45. How stupid is that? Oh, best part, they shut off at 4:45 but turn it back on only before 4:30. Too bad theres not a competitor because these people would be out of business quick. Icing on the cake too: they charge a "convenience fee" of $2.50 per transaction and only accept payments in amounts of $250 online or over the phone. If your bill is over $250, expect 2 charges for $2.50...for your convenience, of course...

Out of control water rates! Our water usage is less than last year but the rates and surcharges went up so we are stuck paying the outrageous rates. Worst payment system ever! They use a third party billing company and it literally takes about 30 minutes to make a payment over the phone. Make it twice as long if your bill is over $250.00 as that is the maximum amount you can post per transaction. They are a total rip off!

I wish I can give "0" stars. For some reason my bill is up $40!!!!!!!! Why?? My husband works 12 hour days and I am away from home for 12+ hours because of traffic. We literally come home to cook and shower, what is up with the price increase??? This is the worst.

Park water does not care about service or water conservation. We have called several times about a leak at their meter. No action. I guess they like it if the customer gets stuck with the cost.
