Very fun!!! Tons of slides there that are all fun (except vortex). Food is decent pricing, recommend pinks $10 large hot dogs, and soft serve pineapple for only $4 and it comes with a lot. Most of the workers and lifeguards are nice and happy to be there. Went on a Wednesday and crowds were normal for a waterpark (drop out and bermuda triangle had almost no lines all day!!), definetely dont recommend going on a weekend. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are the best. For the slides: Drop out: 10/10 -Very short to no line and extremely fun once you go down. Looks very scary the first time and was almost never gonna go on it so glad i finally decided to go down!! Vortex: 5/10 -Very slow, thought i might get stuck, not much happens, just go in circles Bermuda triangle: 7.5/10 - Recommend the middle slide, not as high as deop out but still gives you the same feeling and you will most likely go airborne. The side slides are super fast but arent very comfortable. Very short lines. High extreme: Didnt go on because fear of heights, though line takes very long. My friend was still waiting for a mat by the time i had finished dragons den. Speed slides were closed unfortunately. Neptunes fury: 8/10 - Fun slide, first one i went on, recommend going backwards, nice turns and decent speed in darkness is fun. Though lines look very small it will still take a while. Dr. Vons: 8/10 -Lines very long, and really quick slide. Seemed really fun in the funnel, but was worried throughout the whole slide because i had no clue where i was. Darkest slide in the park. I was worried we would get stuck beacuse we were slightly over the wait limit so i didntt really get to enjoy it. Aqua rocket: 9/10 -Lines remain long all day, so DEFINITELY recommend doing single rider, basically no line and i was able to go on a tube with just me and my friend anyways!! Quick, but a blast! Second time i didnt get with my friend but still had fun because of how fast it goes and all the drops. Dark hole: 9.5/10 - Takes a while to get tube, but worth it, lots of little dips unexpected, lots of fun turns at a high speed, and an awesome drop at the end.(the left slide has a better drop) Only bummer is the weight limit, the second time they didnt let us go on, so i went with someone else and my friend had to wait. Ragin racer: 9/10 Lines very small and a lot of fun, didnt hurt my stomach or neck like soak city and was much smoother. Also recommend lifting up mat with handle bars to go a little airborne! Thunder rapids: 8/10 Like this one because lines arent too long (Go in the line to the left side of it, its quicker). Fun slide for everyone but not too boring, especially if you go backwards! Dragons den: 9/10 -Line went pretty quick, but was the same throughout the whole day almost. Only single rider but this made it faster and the drop is really nice. The bowl is also really fun spinning around in. Loved how almost all the slides were unique and fun, great for the whole family.

We just returned from raging waters a few hours ago, and are so disappointed I jumped on here to warn others from making our mistake. We are from the Midwest and recently moved to southern California. Needless to say we know water parks, Noahs Ark was a day trip away. After hearing Raging Waters was the BIGGEST water park in southern California, we thought "How could we go wrong!". Well, the answer is.... in every way imaginable. This park is TINY compared to any reputable water park throughout the U.S., especially those in the Midwest and Texas. We went on a weekday as to avoid the crowds mentioned in other reviews. It is true that there were not enough people to make it crowded, but most rides still didnt have enough tubes or rafts for the few people there. The waits werent too bad, many under 20 minutes, but they could have been a lot less had there been enough rafts and had the staff been more dedicated. A lot of the staff really didnt care to be there and were putting people through at a snails pace. The rides themselves were ridiculous. We are both in our twenties and were overwhelmingly bored with everything we went on. We went on all of the bigger slides and were not impressed. Maybe this would be a decent park if you are under the age of 12. The wave pool is the biggest joke there, there are no waves, it is not remotely comparable to a real wave pool like Disneys Typhoon Lagoon in Florida. There are only slight swells every 7 minutes that go side ways in the pool. The lazy river is more like an over-crowed bacteria festering lazy-creek, it goes in a tiny little circle that takes about 3-5 minutes to go around. You will be charged for everything, from parking, to lockers, to shade. The park itself was pretty disgusting, we arrived first thing in the morning, before the park opened, I was one of the first in the bathroom, and you could tell it had not been cleaned since the day before. The waste bins were overflowing with refuse and reeked of the unmentionable. Many of the people there were a little bit shady, I would not feel safe leaving my belongings, or my kids, alone. The food was overpriced and looked inedible, they do allow you to re-enter so you could go to your car and eat. I really cant say anything positive, except I positively will never go there again. All in all we went on most of the rides within 3 hours and couldnt wait to get out of there. I cant imagine how frustrated I would be if it were as crowded as people say it gets, and I had to wait for an hour for some boring slide. You have been warned...... save your money, take a real vacation and go to anywhere in Wisconsin Dells like Noahs Ark, Schlitterbahn in Texas, Wet N Wild in Florida..... or anywhere but here!

Basically I paid a lot of money to be MISERABLE at Raging Waters, San Dimas. If I had paid more money for the H2go pass, I might have been slightly less misable. Seriously overcrowded on a weekend. Do you love lines? Then maybe youll love this place... Massive line for the tram to get to the park from the parking lot. Massive lines for the rides. Huge lines for food and drink. 1 hour wait times for a 1 minute long slide. The only way to deal with the incredibly slow lines is to buy a $25 H2GO pass in addition to each ticket. This might have made the park bearable. The people who did use the H2Go passes would jump in the front of the line and cause the slow lines to be even slower. One of my kids almost passed out from standing in line so long in the heat; he had to sit down on the floor to recover. They dont have any "wait time" signs like they have at theme parks. It seems like they dont release people on the slides fast enough to make the lines move faster. They seriously need to get some efficiency experts to evaluate the line situation and make it better, without forcing guests to purchase the $25 H2GO pass. When it came time for lunch, we bought an overpriced pizza (which was horrible!) and could not find a place to sit down and eat it. We spent 20 minutes walking around trying to find a table. When we finally were able to grab a table, we were accosted by tons of bees, which immediately flew into our soda cans. My kids were seriously traumatized by the bees and it made lunch completely unenjoyable. If you are going to go to this water park- my recommendation is go on a weekday. Arrive at 9 AM and pay for $20 premium parking (CASH ONLY PARKING) so you can avoid having to wait for the trams to take you back and forth to the normal parking (I was in a dirt lot 1 mile away from the park). Sneak in some trail mix and granola bars. Buy H2Go passes for everyone. Bring waterproof lanyard bags for cellphones, credit cards, and cash. Bring $1 bills for the soda machines and have them in your lanyard bag; you will get dehydrated quickly and need to buy drinks, and the machines at least let you avoid the lines everywhere else. As soon as you get in, snag some chaise lounges and stash your towels and dry clothes here to avoid renting a locker (I ended up having to rent 2 lockers for $12 each). Park management needs to 1) Address the line situation 2) Provide more tables and chairs for eating their overpriced lousy food 3) Deal with the bee problem
