Sheila was great, she gave us a tour and options for our small ceremony. She gave the price, we booked, and no deposit. The day comes, Sheila is not there, instead its the officiant only and her kids. She wasnt very welcoming, didnt seem to know what was going on, stand off-ish and unprofessional. She married us fast, didnt ask which type of ceremony, just what language and began. She asked if we wanted her to mail our certificate, and hesitantly handed it over with the envelope. After everything, she disappeared, we couldnt find her to pay. After we found her, we tried to pay with debit, she said her device didnt work and said there was a circle k down the street or started asking if our guests had money to pay her within earshot of them!!!! We were so embarrassed! Our guests started checking their wallets to see how much cash they had on hand! We quickly told everyone it was ok, that the groom would go down to circle k and get cash. Everyone seemed confused, and the officiant seemed careless, sitting in her office chomping on chips waiting for her pay. When the groom got back to pay her, she said she had to check to see if she had change. At this point, it was decided we would take back the marriage certificate and have it mailed ourselves since she was clearly disorganized and careless, so we asked her for it, and she had left it in some random table in the main lobby. She came back with a disgusting attitude after looking for change and threw a $20 on the ground and said she had NO change!! She bent to pick it up, since she saw we werent going to get it, and handed it to the groom. SOO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! This was for simply ceremonies. I mean, I know it was a small wedding, but that doesnt mean we deserve less respect than those who are able to pay for a huge wedding there. I hope no one goes through this experience with this officiant.

Sheila handles the venue and is extremely helpful with everything. Shes very quick to answer any questions you could possibly have, is willing to adapt to anything you need or want to change, and the day of our wedding she spent hours helping us set up. She even took into account a few things I was talking to my husband about while she was near by and implemented them. It was a really nice surprise. The place itself is gorgeous and feels like your stepping out of Tucson for a day with its huge green trees and flower bushes. The lighting is also exceptional for night weddings.

Our wedding here was lovely, and Sheila was extremely accommodating. We had to change venues last minute (one week) to Kingan Gardens and I think despite having to do that the wedding went off better than it would have at the other venue! Eternally grateful to Kingan Gardens and staff!

My brother got married here. Good venue, good venue workers. Dont know how well weather would have been handled but luckily not a normal issue in tucson.
