I had the WORST experience at the spa. I went in and had not only one treatment but four treatments today. When I went to pay there were two other line items for products that I NEVER asked for. When I questioned the line items the woman at the desk told me that the people who had done my facial and my hair said that I wanted them. I never asked for products. It was humiliating to have to haggle over the bill and have to explain to the women that I never asked for these products. It is disrespectful and very unethical to just post charges to people for things without even asking them. Then when I was thinking and debating whether to tip and how much to tip, the woman kept saying, "just put a percentage, you know like 20%," "just write a percentage so I can process payment." I have never felt so pressured in my life to give people a tip and mostly for unethical behaviour. This is not the treatment nor the level of service I have experienced in the past at the Four Seasons. I have no problem paying for services I ask for, but I am not interested in having items slipped into my bill in an unethical manner. Your spa is very disrespectful.
Where do I even start! My husband and I had a weekend getaway at the 4Seasons. Upon arrival there was a nice card to my husband thanking him for his service in the military. We were also greeted with a plate full of delicious chocolates in our room. We ate at the hotel bar a few times and it was all very good. We had breakfast in bed one day, and it arrived literally on the dot of time we requested. The set up and food was amazing. The service was impeccable throughout the whole weekend. We had parked our car at the self service parking (few blocks down the road), but needed to run to Safeway, we were offered to take a Mercedes SUV for free to make the trip to Safeway. The location is within walking distance of everything in Vail Village. Our room would be cleaned daily, and while we were at dinner they would come again for turn down service as well as put anything out of place, back in order. We will definitely be back again. We plan on making this a yearly trip!
Like most gals going to have my haircut is not just a necessary item on my to do list. It is a wonderful opportunity to put the breaks on from my busy day and relax and enjoy someone else taking care of me. This is why I love having my hair cut at the Four Seasons Spa. The experience starts when I drive up to the entrance for the Four Seasons, my car is (complimentary) valet parked. Then as I have arrived early for my appointment I enjoy an invigorating and relaxing steam, sauna and hot tub. Now I am ready for a hair cut. The service is par excellence. My sylist always does a great job on my hair and I leave feeling restored, relaxed and looking forward to my return visit to the Spa.
Check your bill before you leave. A bunch of charges including food and drink on our bill that was not ours. Also my trip was prepaid by a third party and they tried to make me pay. Instead of taking responsibility the mgr called and said they just got the credit card now from 3rd party. Lies when I checked in everything was paid for and the 3rd party cc on file. It would have been nice if the mgr had been honest instead she acted like it was not their fault. Please! Take responsibility! Lame!
Very beautiful hotel with an extensive list of accolades from many major hotel reviewers this hotel has a very nice restaurant and it serves up some amazing brunch and dinner options I although I have only had dinner at the restaurant. The restaurant name is flame. The hotel staff was very attentive and the lobby including the bar is quite nicely decorated read some interesting looking pieces of art that make the place look very elegant.
El único punto malo de este lugar es que es "Pet Friendly" todo el hotel. Me molesta pensar que el huésped se durmió con el perro en la cama donde. E dormí yo. Me da asco.
There is a reason people stay at Four Seasons. The service and the facilities are above and beyond everyone else. This was no exception. The rooms are large and comfortable. Everyone that works there treat you like they have known you for a lifetime. I will stay here anytime I am in Vail.
Dining at Flame was an enjoyable experience. Excellent attentive service, delicious steaks (pick a few different ones and ask to have them carved tableside), and cozy but upbeat atmosphere. Enjoy a pre or post dinner drink upstairs at Remedy to round out the evening.
Great location but the service was second to Arrabelle and Solaris. Overpriced and too much nickel and diming.... ok to charge high price but then make your guests feel special! Room service great, valet good. Bar food good but service weak. General staff, weak.
I greatly enjoyed the bar in hotel. The Remedy they have reasonable priced drinks and a great atmosphere. You can enjoy watching the big game on the many tvs they have set up or sit on the balcony and enjoy the warm weather. Great place for drinks and food.
We are staying in a residence, and there are pleasant surprises nightly. The beds are fantastic. The 25 yard pool is a little salty but great for swimming laps and for kids to swim in alike. The spa had been a fantastic experience. Im definitely come back.
Staff is very nice and property is what youd expect out of a top end hotel. Hotel association with a ski rental/storage shop at the base of the mountain is a great benefit to make everything nice and easy for getting setup to go on the mountain
Everyone from check in to check out was courteous, informative and welcoming. Vail liver up to the hype! Was a quick overnight getaway, Room with a mountain view.. splendid location, affordable off season rate, looking forward to coming back!
This is our second time staying at the four Seasons in Vail, we find it a perfect place to spend our anniversary. We bring our young daughter and they accommodate any needs we have for her and have great in dining food/service.

Amazing property! Warm service, comfortable room, and great summer getaway. They went out of their way to make my husbands birthday special. Pool was wonderful and not crowded, with personal service. Highly recommend!
Beautiful resort located between Vail Village and Lionshead Village. They offer a free shuttle to the lifts and they also provide a ski valet. The cost to stay is extreme, but it is a Four Seasons Hotel!
Their hot chocolate is the best Ive tasted, rich and flavourful. I also recommend their Apple Cider Donuts. If youre in need of a "Remedy" as theyre called, the drink and food selection cannot be beat!
The steam room at the spa is without doubt above any other youve tried before. Flame restaurant serves fantastic food. There is complimentary transportation within the area. Super Hotel!
Well I didnt pay for my stay but I had zero complaints. The staff at the breakfast bar went to get me a Gatorade just because I mentioned that I may had to much to drink the night before
