First time visiting. Wanted to try the night driving range. I called and inquired about hours. I was told range balls can be purchased from the pro shop till 7pm, then from the bar until 9pm. Arrived at course and first problem was, you could not find a way into the driving range from the east side of lot, where the range is. No lighting, no signage. Very dangerous. I finally found a small opening between the gate and the dumpster. This may seem simple enough if you are a regular or have visited the course during the day, however we werent the only first timers struggling to find our way in. We headed to the bar to purchase range balls. We tried every door and at 8:37PM this place was locked up. Reading some of the other reviews as well as my experience will cause me never to return to this course.

The course is not to bad, but the people who work inside are pure trash! They might charge you something one day and then something else the next and have no answer for the reason. A lot of the people that work inside are very rude and could care less about your visit to the course, we made a tee time for 10 people and they said we made tee times for 32 really! how did they get that confused? Among some other thing about this course ,if you love five to six hour rounds go ahead and book they will put kids and old women in front of a group of guys that range from +3 to 10 handicap golfers. About the only good thing about this course is they have some pretty girls that work in the bar. I would not suggest this course to anyone please save your money and go any place but there.

If you book this place on line there is a hidden convenience fee. The amount is only $10.00 but the fact that it is hidden is deceptive at the very least. Once on the course one after another groups of 2 wanted to play through after the third group we quit letting them, because the course management or starter was not pairing them into groups of 4. Before you ask we were not slow but ahead of pace (total = 4h 10m). There are too many better golf courses in the East Valley than to waste your time with a course that uses deceptive booking fees and poor course management.

After hearing so many positive recommendations for Western Skies, I decided to give it a try. It was very reasonably priced, but I was still disappointed. The course is very ugly compared to other courses around Mesa and Gilbert, and barren desert landscape takes up all but the fairways. To be honest, I am surprised this course is as busy as it is. I highly recommend other nearby courses such as Superstition Springs, Sunland Village, or Arizona Golf Resort.

This course is in the best shape it has ever been in. I have lived here for 20 years. At one point I literally golfed at Toka Sticks for 2 years because the course was so bad and the management was worse. All of that has changed for the BETTER... NOW: Fantastic course management, Great Club house management and on top of all that the Restaurant really came around. The price is right and location couldnt be easier. Two thumbs up guys!!

I was skeptical about playing here with the reviews but this place is awesome! Very friendly staff, especially in the Pro Shop. The golf course is in OK shape and the greens are fast. I bought their players club card and it has already paid for itself. They have new owners from what I am told so if you have not played it in awhile or want to try it you should! Try the Green Mac & Cheese in the restaurant afterwards its delicious!

Tee off box for #1 and green area for #18 are the only nice looking holes. Lots of dirt areas, dead grass, etc from hole #2 through #17. Greens are rock hard and lack water. Seems like they water the greens and fairways only enough to keep it from turning yellow. Recommend going somewhere else for less money. Riverview, Dobson Ranch, Toka Sticks, etc.

Course is pretty wide open and well maintained. Very nice course for my inconsistent play and really enjoyed the GPS on the carts. Also a great pub/eatery on site at clubhouse. Good food and drinks, I really enjoyed the post game eats/drinks/sports on the many TVs. Will definitely be back.

Great bang for the buck. Fun atmosphere. It is not Trump National, but for what you pay you get great value. Scott the GM greeted us and was very helpful and friendly. Seems like a great neighborhood track with good food and a fun atmosphere. Not stuffy...

Very good looking and letting course this time around, as it is usually not that great. Not the most challenging course either every hole is a straight away. Green soft fairways and the staff was friendly. Went late and got a great deal too.

This golf course and the restaurant inside the club house-- Mulligans Grill is top notch!! They always make me feel at home, very accommodation and great prices!! If you are wanted to spend a day on the course-- Give this one a try!

This course is horrible. Played a around with the wife for our first visit. Conditions on the course were the worst I have ever seen on an Arizona course. Will never play this course again.

Played last Saturday. Just reseeded... Green is snail slow. Course is flat and wide open, i mean very forgiving fairways.
