Nice venue - Horrible customer service. Stopped by day before concert to buy advanced tickets (as advertised on website and Facebook). Box office was unexpectedly closed - I learned today that an employee went home sick (they told me the reason for the closure when I stopped by a second time today; hours before the venue opens) I was hoping I could still get the tickets I traveled to get yesterday ad the advanced purchase price. Despite my earlier trip to their box office they would not offer advance price on the tickets and insisted I would have to pay the door price -- as if there was nothing they could do. Okay! That is your prerogative, but what a stupid decision and an example of bad customer service! For a mere $10 they created a frustrated customer (that has now made 2 trips to their box office in advance of the show) that came away empty handed twice. To add to the overall frustration, they told me I could come back later (at the higher price) because they still had plenty of tickets available! Hey, Tally Ho -- keep using this level of customer service and available tickets will become the norm. Youre out 2 sales tonight (now youre empty handed) and as a bonus you essentially bought this crappy but true review for $10 bucks.

Visited for the first time last weekend to see Crowded Streets (DMB tribute). Great sound, great small venue for live music. Downside was two opening bands (which were both good), but main attraction didnt start playing until nearly 11:00. This is a bit disingenuous when nearly everyone was there to see Crowded Streets and we had to wait 2+ hours for the opening acts to finish. The crowd was noticeably thinner just a few songs into the C.S. show. Took forever to set up the main act...endless mic checks, etc. Poorly planned. That being said, a TREMENDOUS live music venue for Loudoun County. Was getting tired of driving into DC. Hope that you can bring more acts that arent 30 year old retreads and tribute/cover bands.

Was at the Tally Ho Theatre last night to see LA Guns. Awesome show. The people that work at the theatre seemed very nice and organized. I have to give a shout out to one particular employee though. His name is Crane. Not sure what his title is there - but he was extremely helpful and courteous to us from when we arrived (the first ones there) to when we were leaving (he wished us a good night and safe ride home). I saw him helping others out after the show also. He is certainly an asset to the Tally Ho! Thanks for a great night - we will be returning again. Oh - I gave 4 stars because of the lack of liquor at the theatre, not being a beer or wine drinker myself.

Thank you, Tally Ho for the benefit you held for Freebird on 4/27/2014. What a great venue and your staff was awesome to volunteer their time for this event. I have so much respect and awe for the owners to open up their hearts to allow this to be done there at no charge. You are definitely on my radar for your upcoming events and wil patronize and recommend your establishment!

Bartenders were awesome! Staff was not..tried to use the side ramps to go to bathroom since I was up front and guy said you cant go this way and I said how can I get to bathroom and he said you have to go through crowd and I said oh ok and he said it was your choice to stand up front! Really?! I just walked away! Not happy with the smart remark I was given!

The theater is great venue. Perfect size. The taco shop to the side is another story. Once I Tried to wait in line for a taco with my family. Rap music playing had 15 curse words playing in the restaurant before I could order. We left and wont return. Shame. But theater for music is wonderful.

Drove 100 miles to attend a concert. Surprised to find the venue has an open floor, a couple high top tables and very little seating for patrons, unless you pay extra for the VIP section. No mention when buying tickets we were paying for standing room only. Would not return to this location.

Terrible sound system. Music playing before the show sounded great. The opening act and Marshall Tucker was bad. Could not make out the words to anything. The lighting was an issue part of the ti m e. Very bright spot lights flashing in our eyes. We left. Couldnt take it!

Add character to downtown Leesburg but not a place I will visit more than once. It is deteriorating and awful moving going experience. There is a reason this place has gone under at least 3 times since I have been in Leesburg.

Absolutely fantastic venue! Lots of room, nice people, fast service, free parking right next door. I look forward to attending more events here. Saw Kix last night and it was great.

So glad it went from a sticky floor theater to a music venue. Just saw George Clinton and Parliament Funkadelic there, great place for a show, and we dont have to drive into D.C. ...!

Neighbors and I go here at least once a month, sometimes twice. Great atmosphere, great bands, great cover music! Their taco bar next door is awesome too!

Its old, its small - but its also a fun place to see a movie not in a huge theater with tons of people. Still has some of that old school charm.

Staff are very friendly and the bartender remembered my name. Sound was good and you can get something to eat at the taco joint attached to it.

Great theatre. The tech is excellent, and they bring in some amazing talent. The drinks are pricy, but that is expected at a place like this.

Great, smaller spot for music. They were out of half the beers I tried ordering which seemed like an easy issue to avoid.

The most disrespectful service Ive received in a long time. The environment was awesome, if only the bartender matched.

Nice quaint little theater. If they could figure out how to run their bars it would get 5 stars.
