4 hours wasted in just waiting for laser tag and bumper cars. 6 children 3 adults completely dissappointed and 60$ non refundable U.S. dollars. Inefficient staff and management. Your bumper cars and laser tag were "closed" for a private party from 3-5 that was very seldom used. Explain that to six kids that wanted to patronize your facility for these very things and notice that NO ONE IS REALLY USING THEM. After waiting to finally be able to participate your staff says "itll be a good minute". Who uses that kind of terminology? A good minute is very vague if you ask me. Turns out a "good minute" was another 45 minutes. You had 4 employees assisting only one customer at some point. You lost a group behind me that walked out after waiting in line for over 15 minutes. After killing what appeared to be a ridiculous and inexcusable amount of time, we decide were taking the kids elsewhere so I request for a refund. You are not allowed a refund!! Your employees said, verbatim "once you put money in the card you cant get it back". Without further explanation or reassurance of assistance she turns away to do something else. Unbelievable! We had to SELL our card with a 60$ value still on it AND with tickets earned for 50$ because I couldnt get a refund. I wasnt about to spend another minute there watching our group of kids look at the empty cars not being used wondering why they cant ride them or participate in laser tag. They waited FOUR hours to get a chance and that opportunity never came. Our daughter requested to come here instead of having a party at the pool. At least they would have been able to swim there.

Only giving 5 stars to bump up the rating. I really think this is 3.5 - 4 stars. Its not as bad as everyones making this place out to be. Great friendly service, It looks like the place was converted from a factory, and they did a good job of making it into a place. As for the person complaining about the loud music...I was there thursday night, and they were playing all kinds of music, old and new. Didnt hear any metal. Not too loud, but loud enough for a good time. Lanes were fun. I hate that you have to use cards to play some of the arcade games, not everyone is there to win some tickets for kids toys lol. Good selection of beer. I went in thinking this place was going to be horrible but was pleasantly suprised. Ill be going back!

If there was a half thats what I would say. Im so mad. We are a Christian family. We understand that when we go out in the world the kids would be exposed to things that might not be Christian, but we where totally caught off guard when we walked into this place. I feel even if we where not Christan others would be upset as well. There was music playing that was talking about a woman riding a man and literally was saying the f word too many times to count. Then when brought to the attention of the manager only thing that was said was we will change it. No sorry, no nothing. They actually asked if I would like them to change it. Im like no Im just flaming mad for no reason, I love my 4 year old saying the f word. From Joshs wife

Had a good time bowling here while visiting from up north. A bit more expensive than I was used to, but no big deal. The game room was large and scarcely used. All five of the kids bowling ramps were broken or damaged in some material way. Also noticed that the sweep came down way too quickly and interfered with some slower-thrown balls. The pin setter failed to capture some pins on multiple occasions which I had never seen before. This obviously caused some scoring irregularities. Good, friendly staff, and the pizza was SO good! I especially loved the pizza sauce.

This place is horrible we went for their their all you can play for $15 we got to do a total of 2 laser tag games and 7 bumper car rides and was sitting waiting the rest of the time because the few arcade games provided were ridiculously priced I understand having to wait your turn but this was horrible they are controlling your all you play you think your saving money but really your not I do not recommend coming here to anybody

My 7 year old daughter loves to go here for the arcade. They have lots of fun games. Their prizes are very sad. Not a lot of options and the prizes they do have are very cheap. I really wish that they would add more and better prizes. We went to a birthday party here a couple of years ago and that was really fun. They had better prizes back then. They are renovating the bar/restaurant in there right now (July 2016).

The workers are a bunch of teenagers. When you try to get their attention they will look at you and then look away. Specially the girls. The guys were more helpful than the girls. Seems like the girls are more worried about what song are plying and the way they look. They need to worry about their job more and pay attention to the customers.

Bowled in State tournament today, our lanes 11,12 broke down atleast 10 times in 3 games. Update 6-19-17, today in our senior league a woman ordered a CUP of water, it was $3.29 and was told it will be going up soon? WTH, are they out of their minds? Time to move to other lanes in the area for the fall leagues, they are driving people away.

This has been the worst experience for my whole family. Out of the 3 1/2 hours of being there we played laser tag once the bumper cars once and a few arcade games. The food is way over priced and isnt that great. I will NEVER go back and I will definitely not recommend anyone to go.

Great for bowling and laser tag, drinks and food! Bad for the Arcade because several of their most attractive arcade games were out of commission - so very little to choose from. Going in the evening or on a weekend its good to plan ahead and reserve a lane or two.

Make sure you check out Groupon... They have deals here thats are awesome. Great place to take the family for the price. The staff could use a little lesson on customer service, but overall the experience was good.

2nd weekend we have drove over 30 mins to take my kids here and the facility was closed for a private party. Why dont they show that on the front page of their site?. We are done trying to give them business.

Cheap environment, rude staff, and overall bad experience. If you are in need of a good social outing and bowling you should look towards the twenty year old bowling alley in town if that says anything.

There is just a few drawbacks..The number one with me is the black light bowling area. Its just not big enough. Needs more lanes. Also only 2 pool tables.

Staff is usually friendly and professional, wait times for lanes can get a little long. Overall LTA has made great Improvements over the years.

It was fun bowling here of course. Bumper cars and laser tag are great too! Everything just looks older, almost outdated. But fun place to go!
