This is a great facility and they have some great deals if you check out their promotions. The best is on Wednesday evenings (starting at 4 I think), they have $1 games, shoes, hot-dogs, and drinks. I can take my whole family for a couple games of bowling and dinner for $20. The facility is super clean, lanes are high quality, and theyve got fairly new bowling balls, including as low as 5 pound balls for kids (they keep them to the left and rear of the counter, so you have to know where to look).

Cant beat the price anywhere but you definitely dont get what you dont pay for. Employees not friendly. Lane broke down multiple times. Food service very slow (45 min wait for food after order). Portion sizes very small. It doesnt cost much but you dont get much ether.

An old-timey themed lane that hasnt changed its stylish decor or music since the 1980s. It is fairly well-kept and the staff are usually helpful and cheerful. The food is good, especially the ice cream, which is served from its own dedicated counter.

Im no expert in bowling or customer service, but the expert I was with said this place had dry lanes, and the customer service was lacking in smiles and flare.

If youre in Montgomery and bowling on an Air Force Base, youre better off driving to Gunter Annex. The Maxwell bowling alley is showing its age.
