I have always had a decent experience at this bowling alley. The three younger gentlemen that mostly work the counter are pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, this bowling alley is victim to its surroundings as it gets absolutely packed on weekends and the people overwhelm the staff easily. The grill prices could be more affordable on some items and the eat and bowl combos need more options for the price. The technical staff is knowledgeable and keeps the lanes and returns working as soon as possible (save for weekends). I have been a patron at every alley in a 100 mile radius and this alley is the most consistently pleasing. Jeff at the Pro Shop is great and expertly knowledgeable. This alley is smaller and reflective of an era of Prattville that wasnt so densely populated, which causes it problems in times of high volume (weekends, holidays, etc.)

For the most part its a great atmosphere. In all honesty, it would be nice if you made parents take control of their kids. I cant tell you how many times Ive come, because I come regularly and my kids were in the bowling league which they loved, but when it comes to the game room and my kids are in there with all their tokens, the kids whose parents dont care to watch them pick up on my sons weakness cause hes autistic and I have to intervene and tell them to "stop stealing and to go get money from their parents. And Id better not see them sponging off any kids, taking over their games again or Ill go to the desk and have them find your parents!". My only problem!

I wasnt exactly in the bowling alley part, I was in the Blue Iguana. Probably the most younger generation bar Ive seen over there. Loads of fun. Downsides are inexperienced bartenders and the pool tables are $1.25! Definitely will come back if Im in the area though

Will not come back here. Montgomery is much nicer people...its worth the drive! After paying $60 for eat and bowl. 2 of my drink fell and hit the floor and I could not get a replacement drink without paying another $5!

Great place to go for a good time. Good lanes, game room and a good snack bar. The customer service is very good and will do all they can to make your visit enjoyable.

Had alot of fun and the people are great they will give you tips on how to bowl or get a couple of strikes had alot of fun

Very clean facility. It was hard to find the right bowling ball, there werent a lot of options available.
