Such a great and fun place! When you read reviews that service is bad, you have to take it with a grain of salt. The service is actually really good. What people dont realize or understand is that everything is made from scratch, so it is freshly cooked food you are getting, not stuff thats been sitting under a heat lamp! I love that everyone, not just your server asks how things are or if you need anything, but not to the point that it is annoying. They allow you to relax and enjoy your meal. If you are looking for a food recommendation - the Buffalo Chicken Wantons are AMAZING!!! I will also say, this place is WAY more than just bowling. There are several different areas to be that dont involve bowling: 1-Draft Room - great food and 3 TVs that re 12x15 plus several others underneath and all around! 2-Whisky Room Live - they have great bands come in and play as well as do a great job with Karaoke, if they dont have what you want to sing in the book, just ask, they are constantly getting new songs added. 3-Table Top Games - the 4 person - thats right, 4 person air hockey is the most entertaining thing to play and watch! They also have pool tables, regular air hockey, shuffle board and Foosball! Several of my work group happy hours have converted to going to Kings. We used to go just down the street, but the food is way better and they have a blast out on the patio with the life-size Jenga, Corn Hole and Connect Four. Ive also done a large group team building even there for 100 people and the service was excellent and everyone had a great time. They even accommodated those with special dietary restrictions, which was fantastic! If you havent guessed, Id probably classify myself as a regular seeing as Im there around once a week, and now that football season is starting, Ill be there almost every Sunday!

Absolutely terrible experience with terrible service for the price of 2 games for 60 dollars for a simple game of bowling. It was an absolute crime how we were robbed of our money. I have never heard of any entertainment venue to not offer a refund or a discount after such a terrible experience. The waitlist for this crappy location was an hour and a half, and on top of that there were no signs displaying "no refunds." Our game was stalled and not functional 6 times in 1 game and we were told that "their maintenance men were on it" as the lanes took more than 20 minutes to fix each time. With that being said it was a disgrace how the management talked to us like we were 5 year olds. The appetizers are overpriced and was not even considered food in our opinion. There are way better bowling entertainment venues than this excuse of a business that is a piss poor slap to the face of Williamson county. There was no management skills or personnel sign available to issue our compliants. "Professional" management refused to speak with us and they offered some crappy free coupons for another game (like people would want that) instead of our money back. If google would allow me I would give this location less than 0 stars! Do yourself a favor save some precious moments of your life and go elsewhere. This place is an absolute joke and will not last at all.

Pros: - Waitress was friendly and knowledgeable - Food was good and tasted fresh - Awesome televisions everywhere - Live music was a nice surprise - Bowling was tons of fun - Cool drinks like adult milkshakes and specialties Cons: - They had someone stop by 3 times to try to get us to sign up for their summer pass bowling thing. Even after telling her we had never been there before and werent interested at this time, she kept stopping by. Kind of got annoying. - They messed up the appetizer the first time and it took a while to get drinks after ordering. (the bar wasnt very busy either) - Bar tender poured the wrong drinks one time so it extended the wait for beverages Neutral: - They fixed the appetizer for free and got another one out quickly - We got to keep and drink the beers they messed up since theyd have poured them out anyway. (the other party members enjoyed the free drinks) - She brought us an extra drink due to the mistakes made by the bar Overall it was a good, but fairly pricey ($70 for 2 people for shared dinner, drinks and bowling) evening but Id definitely go back. Would be a fun place to start going regularly at least once a month. Also, they have great early/mid-week specials on bowling and appetizers which could be fun.

I dont think I have ever had a worse experience in my lifetime. I am not one to typically give bad reviews, because I have been in the service industry for 10 years. This was AWFUL. It was a two hour wait (we didnt mind because we went next door and got some dinner) the girl who took my name and number wrote it on a small post it note, and half way through our time, I felt like I should call to be sure we still had a reservation because of the way it was handled. Of course, nope, they had "no record of me being there" so we started the two hours over again. Both times that I had to call, the lady on the phone was nothing less that plain rude. When we arrived, there were three open, and dirty lanes, and the lady told me that other parties had extended their time and we would have to keep waiting. So we waited in the bar area and finally went up and were like "look these lanes are open, their dirty, but we will still take them." We werent there very long, the service was decent, but absolutely everything prior to that is what would make anyone else in the Franklin/Brentwood area never want to step foot in this place again. Not impressed at ALL.

I will say the place is nice but the service wasnt the best. It was my first time dining. Made a reservation, but when we arrived it wasnt there. The host (her name started with a "R) still was able to seat us. My server was sweet, but i think she was new because she wasnt able to tell me certain things about the food. When asked about the bowling she couldnt tell me that either. Food took a while to come out, which is frustrating when you have a 5 year old and a two year old. But I will say the young lady (Bianna) who brought the food was a turn around. She brought the food with a warming smile. Made my 2 year old daughter laugh. She even warned us that the mac and cheese may be a little too hot for my 5 year old son. She said she has worked with children before, which was definitely evident. And informed us of the games and bowling prices. She also informed us that Sundays were family-friendly, so we certainly will be back to check out the Sunday special.

We celebrated my sons birthday here. We had THE BEST experience. Making reservations was super easy. I made the reservation online, and there were easy to understand packages to choose from. We even got to pick what flavor cake and icing my son wanted, and what we wanted them to write on the cake. The kids enjoyed the environment and the bowling. The food was delicious. Our server was amazing. She did the perfect amount of checking in on us. We arrived to find a welcome sign for my son. Our server prompted us on the appropriate times for the pizza and cake to come out. After we sang happy birthday with the cake, she asked how many slices we wanted, and she took the cake and brought us back the right amount of slices. She made everything ridiculously easy for us. My son loved getting a real bowling pin at the end of the party with his friends signatures. The price was extremely reasonable. We will be back.
