Since revamping and refocusing efforts to return to being a bowling center, hurricane lanes has made a nearly 180* turn from being a run down smelly tourist trap, to a family fun attraction. New lanes and mechanical systems are nice , and a new software system for scoring is cool....now if the could only make use of the new software with a simple internet connection and link theyre kitchen and bar to the integrated system Im sure the spent quite a lot on, but are sadly only using for scorekeeping...too bad, seems quite capable and has been awesome when Ive experienced it where functioning as intended.

I have 5 free games (not including shoes). Not really free, we paid for a second game and didnt have time to play, so they gave us a rain check. They expired YESTERDAY. I called to see if they would take it a day late...THEY SAID NO! ITS THEIR POLICY! Whoever is running the show there, needs to learn how to run a business...that is just wrong. I could understand if we hadnt paid for any of it. I told the girl she lost a customer...she didnt care.

Very entertaining. Price is reasonable depending on what time you would like to bowl. Equipment is old, but still functioning pretty well. There were a few frames that sensors were bad on, but nothing really taking away from the game. Food was extremely good. Staff (once order was finally placed) would make sure food was warm and delivered. Very surprised at the BBQ nachos, meat was so tender. Black light was a neat effect, overall enjoyable.

Its our honeymoon but it was raining and gross out so we decided to go bowling. The hours were a little strange.. 11-2 on a Monday just seems odd but.. no big! We got there and bowled 4 games my husband got a very affordable pitcher of beer and I got some wings (that were great) and fries. The lanes are set up nicely and I loved the touch pad thing at the tables!! It wasnt busy and all the staff was friendly and pleasant!

The "other" bowling alley had a 5 hour wait on a rainy day, with less-than-excited employees working the front counter. Hurricane Lanes is a hidden treasure - only a 1 hr wait (keep in mind its a rainy day on the beach), awesome helpful employees (from the front desk guys to the bartender), cheap beer, super clean, and up-to-date touch screen scoring. Great spot!

Horrible customer service, lack of respect, complete lack of understanding how to manage a busy business at peak time. Dont go here if its raining or busy, dont plan on their incompetent staff to be able to handle the influx in business. Very long, horribly managed wait times.

Clean and well maintained but I dont think I have ever paid this much for a family of three to rent shoes and bowl two games. We will be looking for another location because of the cost. On a more positive note, the bar service was quick and prices there were reasonable.

Place was a lot nicer than I expected. Prices were decent. For one game for two people, including shoes, was $15. The monitors are a little old and they didnt have a wide selection of balls. The black light bowling was a lot of fun and we will definitely be back.

Great atmosphere, fun arcade and lights in here. Sports bar is attached with free ping pong. The screen got a little glitched but was easily fixed by the staff. Wonderful affordable bowling is what you will find here.

I thought this was place was very decent, took my wife and daughter and played 2 games in an hour for about 30$. Very good place to bring your kids on a Friday evening , I would come back next time I visit.

Its the local dive and I like that. You can play pool in the bar and ping pong with purchase of a few drinks and once you have enough spirits in you take a roll at bowling after 11 for almost nothing.
