Since I moved into the local area, one mile from here/Harrisburg Mall, I decided to check this theater out in early Nov 2016-especially since I was without my vehicle at that time. My visit here (I last visited in late 2012 when Regal was buying the Great Escape chain) left me highly impressed: Very clean (was it all remodeled recently?) and well run, I was especially pleased to see an usher patrol the theater during the movie (The Accountant-an excellent movie too!) to discourage disruptive patrons (whom can spoil a movie viewing!) AND the best of all, after I had a recent situation there-noisy patrons-the manager Eric reached out to me and offered me a free movie. That is above and beyond professionalism. While I do not plan to get the club card (I had a problem in 2005 with that-ancient history), since I go to fewer films these days, especially the high ticket prices, which are offset by my close proximity- living close by. Keep up the excellent work there-I am glad to be a patron here. THANK YOU.

For the price of tickets these days you want your movie experience to be good. Unfortunately, that was far from the case when me and my lady when we went to see Annabelle: Creation last month. We were greeted by extremely rude mall cops who felt the need to harass us by making fat jokes. Then the movie itself had nothing but rude idiots talking, joking, and literally throwing food in the theater. The woman behind me kept screaming “Don’t do it n****” every time a jump scare scene came on. Seriously, and folks literally made jokes during all the big scenes! I watched some teenager drop his bowl of popcorn, laugh, and walk away like it was completely ok. The folks who come here sadly ruin this great theater which is sad. With the new IT movie coming out today, we will drive the extra mileage to find somewhere else to go.

The Theater itself is nice, but whomever the manager is is rude, and disrespectful. I went to see Straight Outta Compton, and he walked over and asked me who was buying my tickets, who I was with, and that my purse needed checked (small handbag). I asked him for what reason, he refused to answer my questions, and stated I just needed to do it. I went to purchase my ticket, and the guy at the register stated it was because of all the Theater Shootings that have been going on. I asked a few ladies around the lobby if they had their purses checked (about 5 or 6 different ladies) and they all said no, and most of their bags were A LOT larger than mine. Harassment at its finest. Thanks Harrisburg Mall Movie Theater. Great movie though.

My disappointment is more with the poor online communication to the public. Not one of the Regal movie websites in the immediate area listed that they were closed due to the snow (or it wasnt obvious as I spent some time looking) and the phone menu doesnt put you in touch with a real person or advise of a change in operating hours when trying to call before leaving to go to the theatre. Its this sort of poor management that has people watching Netflix or Apple TV which in turn causes Regal a loss in business and for staff to lose jobs. Things fail for two main reasons - poor planning and poor communication. You failed on both accounts today! (Most of the restaurants were open)

Security is very unprofessional. They accused a group of me and some girlfriends of mine, of stealing and breaking multiple things. They huddled around us as if we were criminals and forced us out of the mall. While we were waiting on our rides to get there they continued to scream "We can check the cameras, we saw you on the camera!" When, in fact, the group was not us , it was a group of young boys messing around with equipment. They continued to scream at us. I do not recommend this mall.

This is the WORST MOVIE theater EVER! The seats are often sticky and the patrons are out of control! Cell phones ringing, Kids in the R rated movies with parents who DONT CARE at all what the kids are doing. I went to see Twilight and had to see it again somewhere else because the children with there mother in front of me kept climbing over the seats and yelling! I told management ( a 18 yr old kid) and he replied to me "Sorry" and walked away!!!! I will NEVER forget that!

The theater is fine, the selection is great the prices are reasonable. But the people that go here are horrible. The movies are always ruined by loud kids, loud people, and the patrons always threatening each other before after and during the movie. This theater needs ushers in the theater at all times. The people are so bad Id rather drive the extra 5 miles to the one in Colonial Park. I avoid this theater at all cost

This is my favorite local theater. I have yet to find a better theater within 30 mins of downtown Harrisburg. Theater is very clean and offers great deals for popcorn and soda. Looking forward to going back again! 4 stars because there is no higher end movie experience option but for our area this is the best experience available.

Great theater I love AMCs much more but for what it is its great. Clean, the people who work there could be a little more nice and not zoned out...also not much room between you and the people who sit in front of you. You kind of feel like they are sitting in your lap....but is on for a regal.

Been here multiple times, always people talking throughout the movie or on their phones. Really annoying and distracting. Dont go to this movie theater. The last time we went, they let a toddler in an R rated movie. Not joking, a babbling 2 year old was talking the entire movie.

I really like this theater. My service is always fast and correct. I rarely have to wait. The prices are steep but very comprable to any other theater out there. The seats are comfy and its never too hot or cold, which I tend to find a problem other places.

Clean and not priced too high. Unfortunately, the theater I was in was very small, maybe max 50 people, but that could mean its more intimate! The surround sound image in the center of the theater was fantastic, great experience.

Before the movie, (<10 minutes before) sitting in theatre with all the lights on and advertising audio playing, but nothing on screen. Lousy experience and certainly not what the advertisers are paying for.

I dont appreciate the new selection of movies, especially the multi cultural ones. I understand trying to include diversity but this is too far. Sincerely, Jessica Smith

Comfortable seating. Large screens and the 3D is very good. Concessions are a bit on the expensive side. Large, clean restrooms as well. The staff is also friendly and helpful.

Highly disappointing movie theater. Few times weve gone people are always on their phones or talking. Would not recommend, go to another movie theater nearby.

This was one of the nicest theatres Ive ever visited in terms of cleanliness, amenities, and overall design with a fresh & modern look.
