This place has steadily been going downhill. The last movie I watched was The Avengers (2D) on opening day. First, they had the wrong lens on the screen as it was the wrong aspect ratio, then they had surround sound turned off. Once somebody complained they finally fixed the problem 10 minutes into the movie only to be annoyed by the next problem of the speakers making very loud crackling noise throughout the whole movie. If this had been a one-time problem I wouldnt complain but, sadly, problems like this have been more the norm recently. I would highly recommend going to the Egyptian at Arundell Mills Mall instead. The only reason Im giving it 2 stars is because the staff is still very friendly and they are very good at managing large crowds especially during midnight showings. Its a lot less chaotic than in other theaters I hope they fix these problems as this used to be my favorite theater to go to for many years.

Came here for the first time with friends to watch Rogue One; I was visiting one of said friends who lives nearby. The staff was great, you can pick your seats (at least the screen that I went to), and those seats are super-comfy awesome recliners. Food is standard movie fair at prices youd expect. The more important part are the theaters, screens and sound were top notch, and the theater was kept clean which is a huge plus. Overall, I came out pleasantly surprised and had a great experience coming here with friends. This is my new favorite theater, hands down; and I live all the way up in Carroll County (theaters are terrible around where I live). Will definitely travel back down to UA Snowden the next time I wanna go out to the movies! #worth

Went to see a show there recently with my mom after a very long hiatus and was very appreciative of the assigned and new style recliner seating. i think a lot of theaters are moving over to this style of seating, but it work well in this theater. We got there a little late and were only able to get seat near the front (three rows back, I believe) but the view was still very good, maybe even better than if we would have sat further back. There were a couple guys in our seat when we came in, but I wasnt about to mess around especially since my mother has limited mobility. The two fellows move without a problem and we had a nice time. Concessions are outrageous, but that is pretty much everywhere. Would have been nice if they had beer for sale.

A friend and I recently came here for a Moms night out. I came to the theater to buy tickets the day before. Since theyve switched to reserve seating, we didnt rush to the theater. When we got there, a group of women were sitting together and had taken our seats. We asked them to move so they all agreed to slide down one seat, so we had two together, but not the two I paid for unfortunately. Not wanting to miss the movie, I waited until after to find a manager who just dismissed me and said find him sooner next time. So disappointed and much more willing to fight mall parking for general seating since they clearly arent concerned about people actually using reserved seating here.

Been watching pretty much all the summer 2017 movies, like a lot about this theater, friendly staff, clean theaters, clean bathrooms, sound is great, seats are amazing. I have ditched AMC ever since I started to come to regal. Just have couple of complaints, sometimes screens dont expand to the correct wide screen it should, and no one knows how to fix it once the movie starts, have told few of them about it, but nothing! 2nd major annoyance is WHY oh WHY do the ushers have to walk with a stupid orange distracting light 4 to 5 times during a movie. I mean come on, so distracting and is just a stupid way to ruin a good experience. ONCE IS MORE THAN ENOUGH!!!!!!

Double-check the movie times before you go. We went this morning because we saw online that there was a 10:10 a.m. showing; but, when we got there at 9:45 a.m., the doors were locked and the only employee in sight was the one who was walking into the building arriving for work. We werent the only customers there. Looking through the glass at the display board above the box office, we did not see a 10:10 a.m. showing on the board for the movie we wanted to see. Fortunately, we were able to leave and get to another theater nearby that WAS showing the movie at the time they had indicated online.

If you havent been there lately, FYI this theater is now stadium seating with recliners. The recliners are comfy. One thing you must know is that means that seats are reserved so if youre seeing a popular or new movie get your tickets ahead of time otherwise youll be sitting in the front row. We saw Alice Through the Looking Glass in 3D and the sound and picture were great. It seems like this theater is low-key now that there is reduced traffic due to a big reduction in the number of possible seats because of the theaters being specialized to recliners instead of the regular stadium seating.

We arrived at the theater for a 415pm movie of the Hobbit. But the movie was not going to show because the projector was broken. We decided to wait and see another movie and asked the counter attendant if we could have complimentary popcorn due to the inconvenience of the broken projector. The attendant got the manager who told us she could not offer us any popcorn. I told her the situation again with us not being able to see the schedule movie and waiting. But the manager could not help us with even a small bag of popcorn. Bad experience all around!

This theater is FAR SUPERIOR to the one by the mall. Staff are attentive and friendly. They actually care that you are there! Its true, the screens arent as big - but not everyone cares about the HUGEST screen/sound available. I want to be entertained, not overwhelmed. When you enter the theater, its not packed to the hilt forcing you to sit by packs of texting teenagers or whatever. The only thing I didnt like is that the armrests between the seats dont move up. Other than that, the theater is awesome. I cant wait to go back!
