Our wedding at the event center at blue was just incredible! First of all, Caroline is the best in the business at helping you plan the wedding. While officially she was just helping us with our reception, she was really able to give us expert advice about every aspect of our wedding, from invitations to timing to vendors, to of course the reception itself. She also interacted directly with our vendors (photographer, band, shuttles, etc.) which made things SO easy for us. The menus for the reception were so easy to understand (might seem like an underrated point - but critical in that exploration phase when youre trying to find the right spot!) and competitively priced. But perhaps most importantly, the food was DELICIOUS. From the awesome appetizers at cocktail hour to the incredible salads and entrees during the meal, we and our guests were just so happy, and so full. The staff was kind, attentive, and made the event move so smoothly. The space itself is gorgeous, and really strikes the right tone for the best night of your life. This place is simply the best!

My fiancé and I just booked our wedding at the event center at blue for summer 2016, and we are already blown away. They had by far the most straightforward menus and pricing out of the lehigh valley venues we looked at - no room fees! - and having dined countless times at blue grillhouse, I cannot wait to enjoy dinner on our wedding night. The ballrooms are GORGEOUS, beautiful flooring and fancy uplighting on the ceilings, with a really adorable outdoor patio. Planning is already underway with Caroline and her staff, which has really put our minds at ease. We are already counting down the days!

I held my wedding reception here and all I can say is WONDERFUL! I called them up a month before I wanted the place and everything turned out picture perfect. Our coordinator was exceptional and helped us save money (instead of trying to upsell us on unnecessary extras) and did a wonderful job decorating the place and attending to every last detail, even keeping an eye on some of the young children in attendance. All of my guests were very impressed with the ambience and the food. Everyone left with a smile on their face-including us, the bride and groom!
