Always a good show here. From bluegrass to burlesque to rock n roll, original artists to tribute band. Original Victorian architecture with updated conveniences. Amazing acoustics. Friendly volunteer staff and the surrounding town is full of small shops, wineries, Mead shop, corset shop, restaurants and coffee shops. All nestled between mountains and the Lehigh River.

Love this historic music venue. In need of some cosmetic upgrades but still a wonderful place to see a show. Small intimate theatre that only holds 300 or so people. Down to earth super friendly volunteer staff keep this place alive. A must visit. Not a bad seat in the house. Join the historical society the perks pay for themselves.

Victorian opera house with astounding acoustics, friendly staff, and always draws an enthusiastic crowd. Has beer and wine for sale by the glass, also has snack bar with coffee, tea and soft drinks along with baked goods. Surrounded by quaint shops, great restaurants and amazing scenery and even a steam train for sight seeing trips.

Ive been to quite a few shows at the opera house in Jim Thorpe. Prices are great and staff meeting is friendly but ..... God help their acoustics they are terrible. If you expect to hear a vocalist actually sing forget it cause all you be enjoying is the reverb and incredibly poorly balanced bass speakers.

A wonderful place to experience local and national live music acts. The building is rich with charm and classic architecture. The owner is a good soul, and loves what he does. Some artists mingle during breaks, sharing wine and snacks with patrons. A very charming experience.

A great place to see a show. Customer service was awesome as they corrected MY mistake regarding tickets I purchased with no hassle whatsoever! They offer a tremendous variety of entertainment so no excuses for not going! Will definitely be back!

If a performer you dont know, try them, cause theyre probably excellent! Actual seats instead of folding metals chairs. Often great name performers. Great atmosphere. Every seat is close to the stage.

I was there for the start making sense show. IT was great fun sound was great. tickets where cheap, so where the drinks.everyone is super cool.I always enjoy the shows. great place to go.

These people manage to book some really great musical talent! Price is reasonable too! The acoustics in the old opera house are great! No doubt one of the great gems in Jim Thorpe.
