This hotel was booked for our group for a softball tournament. This hotel was filthy dirty and outdated. The furniture in the suite had gross dirty stains all over, the rugs had stains all over, when I plugging the blow dryer in all the lights blinked it didnt blow any air just made a load noise and got really hot and smoked, I think even got an electrical shock, this didnt just happen it had been like this for sometime and no one did anything for the safety of the guests. The elevator stopped working on Friday and the hotel was packed with guests. When we went to the front desk with our concerns with the room we were offered a complimentary bottle of water and a salty snack, they can stick that up their ass. The hotel manager and housekeeping manager should be fired because they obviously dont get off their asses to make sure the rooms and hotel are to standards of a Hilton. Speaking of the Hilton family should be ashamed of themselves to have their name on such a dirty gross hotel. I can only hope we escaped with no bed bugs!!! NEVER WOULD RECCOMEND THIS HOTEL!!!

They had recently completed a big renovation, still have a bit more to go. I have been there before the change and WOW, what a difference! The rooms are GORGEOUS, the decor, the furniture, the materials, just beautiful. They have an excellent breakfast buffet (although they advertise it as a made-to-order breakfast) as well as an omelet station with a very entertaining chef. You can tell all the ingredients are fresh and wonderful presentation. My only negative reviews would be the fitness room. While they have a few machines (one not working and for at least a month anger guest informed me), benches, free weights (yes!), weight/exercise balls and mats, the up keep for other things was lacking. Barely any towels my first day, next morning, the guy filled them in the late morning. Two empty baskets, which I can only assume were for complimentary earbuds (as most 3-4 star hotels have) were never filled. And the first day the disinfecting wipes were no where to be seen. Overall great experience, I would definitely return.

Absolutely disgusting, we stayed in a room on the 6th floor. We were having a good time until we found a plethora of ants!! It was disgusting!! I told them to spray it but we never saw housekeeping spray it. It was an infestation of ants everywhere, absolutely everywhere! It was so disgusting. We then had to switch floors to the 3rd floor, The room smelled like ciagarrette smoke. The bathroom was gross and the floor was all stained and Disgusting. The shower was kicked in, and it literally looked like someone robbed the room because The lock was scratched and plastered up. This was the worst experience Of all the hotels Ive stayed in! The rooms are just extremely dirty, possibly the filthiest hotel Ive stayed in. Im going to have to give it a 1 star review. the pool was nasty too, but breakfast is great though. I would not recommend staying in this hotel.

I stayed in one of the larger suites on the corners of the buildings. The room has plenty of space. You come in to a decent sized living space with seating for 5-8. Down the hallway is the bedroom. There were two tvs - one in the bedroom and one in the living space, both flat screens. A king size pull out couch is located in the wrap around sofa in the living room to accommodate extra guests. The room was a good size for our event. Everything was very clean and neat in the room upon arrival. Breakfast is served in the morning with just about anything you can think of in a buffet style. There is also a "made to order breakfast counter if you want something more specific. There are several conference spaces on the ground floor of the hotel that can be used or rented. Overall a good experience at Embassy Suites.

I spent two nights in this hotel and most of my time was enjoyable. However, on my last day two men who were employees tried to break in to my room. They were attempting to pick the inside lock. I caught them and took their tool and told them to leave. I went and told the front desk, who relayed it to the manager. Their reply was someone in 354 asked for their room to be unlocked and they were at the weong room, I was in 254. Well I knew the person in 354 and they did not make any request and I told the front desk that as well. Their reply was that it must have been another room then but they didnt know which. This js unacceptable and they really need to consider these employees were up to something criminal or just incompetent at their job. NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN. Not worth risking life limb or property.

The hotel was alright. You could not hear your neighbors through the walls or ceiling, and it was extremely well furnished. After crossing the threshold of the entrance to the hotel, we were greeted by the team members at the front desk. They were extremely friendly and made you feel at home. The things I was dis-satisfied with were the slow wireless connection to the internet, the bad television reception, and the pool. We checked out the pool, hoping to have a good time in the cool water, yet the water was not blue and there were bubbles. Also, at the end of our stay, we found a roach on the wall of the room. Luckily, we left but hours later. Overall, the stay was quite satisfactory.

Our stay was great. We loved our room and how clean it felt! I hated, however, our noisy neighbors. They were children and were slamming doors the entire time we were trying to get some sleep. We didnt think calling would do any good as there was a party or gathering downstairs that didnt die down until 11 maybe? And that was about the time the kids quit slamming doors. I would recommend this hotel to friends, but would not recommend a room on the corner that faces a hall/rooms on the opposite wall (thats what we had and why we were heard the slamming of doors) (Not to mention someone they knew was in the room next to us, so it was slamming on both sides of our walls)

They gave us an amazing deal for our volleyball club girls. It was a little outdated in the rooms, and I agree with the one who said there was a "musty" smell in the rooms. I had HORRIBLE neighbors who were up all night, partying, smoking, yelling, drinking, and being ridiculous, but thats not really their fault I guess. THE VERY BEST PART was the I left a computer charger in the room and housekeeping was honest and turned it in and I got it mailed back to me. THANK YOU!!!! That is something I think they should be VERY proud of. Please tell your housekeeping staff THANK YOU very much!!!

Customer Service from Ms. Bronson was poor and very unprofessional. She automatically placed blame on the process of how the room was paid for by outside vendor. Hotel charged additionally after stating all was paid for upon our arrival. Ms. Bronson kept insisting on another card payment before refund, that would be 3 charges before a refund of 1, how is that correct? The statement by staff that only a card for incidentals was needed, now they hit you with a full night cost on top of the night already being paid for with no incidentals. Not good at all!
