This place is fantastic! The exercise equipment they use is called "Hoist" and its aerodynamic so it moves with your body, making it so theres less strain on the body. The people are extremely friendly and welcoming and I love the fitness classes, the pool, hot tub, library, art work and historical reflections. I love it all. It felt like home away from home when I was on a 5 week business trip and staying nearby!
