I bowl at Ten Pin regularly and the place is great. The people who work there are always friendly and quick to provide service when necessary. The lanes are well maintained and do not suffer from the frequent breakdowns that seem to plague other bowling alleys. The facility as a whole is well lit and clean again avoiding the dingy dark feeling of many of its competitors. The selection of leagues offered for bowlers is extensive making it so that anyone from beginner to expert should be able to participate. The food from the bar is classic and tasty bar staples(nachos, pizza, wings) with the addition of some more unique items that lends a bit of diversity. I have yet to find something that I wouldnt eat coming from their kitchen.

This little gem is freaking awesome. They have friendly staff that will keep the drinks flowing. The owner and his son was both in and working. Great time with them. They also have a balcony where you can step out and get some fresh air due to snow I believe it is close for the moment. There is a smoking section that is enclose outside and that helps with natures elements. There are chairs and table outside also. Nice clean bathroom on the male side. Since Im a male I cant go into the female...so sorry ladies dont know what to tell yall. Great place to watch a game. Go pack Go!

Extremely rude food server. We had ordered the seasoned waffle fries, and they had given us crinkle cut. Not a big deal, but when we told the man who had taken or order and delivered or food to us he claimed we order crinkle cut and refused to give us what we had initially paid for which was more expensive. Disappointed we debated getting another order to get what we asked for. As I began to order he rudely snatched the basket of fires away from me and muttering "ugh fine" and got us a batch of waffle fries. Bad experience food wise, but we came mostly for the bowling which we enjoyed.

Its a bowling alley so if you want to go throw some stones, its got that. But it also has a surprisingly large selection of beers. Pretty good burgers and some great beers on tap. Wheelchair accessibility is great and the staff happily accommodate as needed. The one area of concern: if you are walking here, the City of Fitchburg had not provided any crosswalks to this place. You have to cross mid block using driveways as curb cuts.Ten Pin hasnt pressed the issue, since theres a place where a curb cut and crossing world make sense, but there isnt one.

Never came for bowling but would come here 3-4 times a month with friends for the pool tables and bar. Always thought it was a cool atmosphere with good people. Only reason why Im giving it 3 stars is because 2 weeks ago and now just last night while coming here we overheard a group of white people bowling making racial remarks about other races. Cleary they was talking loud enough for everyone there to hear, yet nobody says anything and when we say something they look at us as we are the bad guys. Lol sad

First time here and dont think I real wanna go back.. Told the front counter guy it was my first time and asked if I pay before or after the guy turns into a giant jerk and I say there is no need for that there is something called customer service... The guy goes and "Im giving you excellent customer service".. If you hate people and have no people skills you should not be running the front no wonder there is a sign that says help wanted in front because no one wants to work with that guy I bet

The disparaging comments here are probably from people who are indirectly trying to promote competing bowling centers in the area. Ive bowled here for three years, and this is a high quality establishment - clean, efficient, friendly. Also has a variety of discounts and special promotioins - ask at the desk when you arrive. tyw

One of the best bowling lanes among the few bowling lanes that Madison has. Overall a good place, but it is hard to find balls that you need in a busy day. And the keeping one shoe for bowling shoe is a wierd concept, never came acrross that, why not krep out driver license? Easy to maintainn also.

This my favorite place to bowl! I feel like their machines just work better than most places you spend your time bowling instead of waiting for staff to go retrieve your ball or fix something! Summer prices are excellent! Both on their bowling and their beer pitchers!

Good bar food. (Must try the waffle fries!) The bar area is nice, they havean outdoor bar in the summer.Great summer volleyball. Well kept facility for bowling. Also really pretty next to a pond and plenty of parking

When asked to get switched to a different lane, we were prompted our lane "worked fine." The guy at the desk was the the owners son and bowled "233" average and didnt need the 1 broken screen out of the 32 lanes.

This place is fun if you just want to have a good time, the prices are a little high for the food though. They also have a small arcade with a dance dance revolution cabinet, but its not in great condition

Im the furthest thing from a proficient bowler, but I have fun here. It is clean and has plenty of lanes, some with pop up bumpers that you can enable for certain bowlers in the line up.

A very nice bowling alley. Lots of lanes to bowl on. Great bar with a wide selection alcohol. One of the better places to bowl in the Madison area. Very staff as well in bar and alley.

I saw some things I probably shouldnt have. It indescribable what I saw today and awful but I hope you guys work on your staffing a little more, But a good bowling alley to go bowl at.

This alley is nice for the most part but we were unable to find smaller bowling balls that 11 pounds. And its a little outdated. The bar is good, especially on trivia night!

I bowl in two leagues here and everything is great - all staff and facility! I have bowled here since 2010. Use your Belly rewards card to obtain free food or drinks!

This is your average bowling alley. There are an even mix of loud families and drunk adults. The prices are pretty high. The food is slightly above average though.

Bowling on weekends is prohibitively expensive, but their weekday rates are pretty good. They still have the on-screen animations from the 90s, which is nice.

Tried food here in a few different occasions, pizza is a bit below average everything else is awful. Add 1+ hour wait time...not planning on ever going back

Bought my own bowling ball from here 10 months ago. Thumb grew a bit and they refitted my ball for me free of charge - didnt even show a receipt or anything!

A large bowling alley. Nifty system where you can have bumpers pop up for certain players (i.e., kids). The place seemed pretty clean and well run.

Great alley! Had a lot of fun when we went. Bumpers can be on a per-bowler basis. Score screens are terrible old CRT TVs though, could be worse.
