So folks Im no critic... Nor go from bar to bar pointing out their discrepancies. But I must say that I was disapointed with this place. Im from out of town and I was looking for a place to relax, get a burger, a beer and interact with the locals. I google search the location which it wasnt too far from where I was staying at. 5 stars I said... Let me check it out I said... Boy, BIG TIME ERROR AND DISAPPOINTED! Music was good and the place was pretty full and its understanable for the evening before a holliday. Service was awfully... Only two waitress on the floor... How do I know this because the staff member whom I asked if she was the waitress told me "we are short staff, If you wanna eat you best to go to the bar and order it yourself"... Talk about airing your business. So I finally got the attention of the bartender who was doing her best to keep up by herself and order the food. So a decade passes ( more like 15 mins) and the food arrives. Guess what no silverware. On a chiken teriyaki sandwich, who puts a whole pineapple on the sandwich... Well this place does! Overall I give it a 2 been the out of town city slicker that I am. Maybe service is better for locals. My recomendation: Staff more people. Dont air out bar business. Dont have customer going to order their own food and drinks at a bar.

Had a great time. Date night with my wife and friends. Was expecting average bar food. And was pleasantly surprised that this establishment serves quality Pub Style food. I had the steak dinner at 9.99 which was definitely Steakhouse Style meal with a side salad to start a perfectly cooked steak never in my life have I ever had a steak cooked perfectly from eating at various steakhouses. My wife had the cowboy Burger which was a monstrous BBQ bacon Style burger also cooked perfectly super juicy. The fries amazing. The service was superb your attention to detail from the server. To the bar staff was above my expectations for this type of establishment I would definitely recommend this establishment for anyone looking for awesome music superb food and excellent service

I go there Saturday nights to listen and dance to country music, tonight was different. The band, Black Rose, played rock, which was ok up until the singer started singing about everyone has freedom of choice. He then took an American flag, draped & rubbed it his band mates and threw it on the floor of the stage. I got so pissed I had to go outside to cool down, went back in to hear him encouraging the crowd to sing along to "The Star Spangled Banner" while the flag remained crumpled on the stage. It took all my self control to get up and walk out the door rather than up on the stage where I would have exhibited my freedom of choice and beat his ass for desecrating the American flag.

Ridiculous! Went in Monday night around 6:00. On 7-11-2016 Bartender was friendly but had no idea what was going on. Saw a sign that advertised a Moscow mule with fireball for $5. But he didnt know how to make it. Ordered another fireball drink on the menu. Same deal. He winged the cocktail recipes which were good but then told us there wasnt a cook to make food. At the checkout after two drinks my husband gave him a $20 bill. To cover the drinks. He gave us $1.75 in chsnge!!!! What the heck??? not good over all. Really dumb. The space is so great but the rest was totally unorganized and dumb.

Pros: Busy. Single ladies. Karaoke. Volleyball! Live bands. A cook who cares about the quality of his work. Beer tastes like they clean the taps and lines regularly. Cons: Round prices up to the nearest quarter, after tax. Sometimes you have to be assertive to get service, go find someone and get their attention because they might not check on you. Can get a little rough around the edges later at night, I ended up arm wrestling some super drunk dude the first night I came here. :) Prices leave something to be desired.

Interesting place in kind of a strange location. Outdoor volleyball court and outdoor bar area were interesting. Inside was a lot larger than I was expecting and not very crowded. The restroom was also large but did kind of stink of urine and it was not very late on a Saturday night at that point. The band I went to see got cut short for reasons no one seems to know. Even though they were the opening band, I thought that was kind of wrong to have a band travel to only play 38 minutes. Overall it was a decent place.

Very bad experience. Had to ask for all our drinks and even go around and find a bartender everytime. Bartender complained about a group of friends not tipping enough at the beginning of the night then around 11 I paid my tab then ended up getting kicked out because I didnt tip enough( actually physically push all the way out the bar) . Will never go back or ever recommend to anyone EVER!

Great, large venue with terrific bands that play a variety genres! The sound system is unparalleled in the Spokane area! The flatbreads are delicious! My only complaint is that sometimes the servers are slow. But, the owner is constantly making upgrades to the place and working hard to get everyone dialed in! Give them a try!

The service sucked. Seemed like i was confusing the bar tender by ordering a beer. Seemed like it was her first day on the job, and it turns out shes the manager. Ive been here a few times and in my opinion shes definitely the worst bartender Ive had in a long time.

The Roadhouse is fun. Strange its either jam packed or totally dead. The volleyball area is fun and its nice that games are usually more laid back than places like Scoreboard. Service is decent. Prices are average. They sometimes have some really great live music!

Got kicked out because and I quote "you and your friends werent walking straight" we hadnt started drinking that night and there was nobody else in the bar. It was obvious that the people working were trying to get off work early. Horrible service.

Was excited to find a roadhouse that wasnt afraid of the big bad insurance companies; but unfortunately- this roadhouse no longer offers a mechanical bull ride due to the price of insurance premiums. A sad growing trend in America... So sad.

after returning a beer b/c i didnt like it i noticed i was charged for it. the bartender then accused me of trying to get a free beer. im in my mid 30s and dont usually try to scam bars out of $1 worth of beer. will never return.

This venue has gone through many changes through the years, but presently seems to be well managed. It has a superb sound system, big dance floor, a nice Thai flatbread and supports local musicians. It is worthy of support.

Friendly staff, Sam is wonderful. Awesome management team. The food is excellent I recommend their salads. Nice craft beer selection, great place for lunch and hangout after work. Weekly customer here. Love it!

Been here several times for GREAT LIVE MUSIC, both top local AND national acts (saw Eddie Money here). Very good eats too, & the patrons cut loose like they SHOULD in a Roadhouse!! Today & night was KILLIN !!
