The Stables hosted my dream wedding this last weekend, and I could not be more grateful. Heres the caveat though... in order to host your dream wedding, you kinda have to do all the planning on your own. The staff, while super helpful and quick to answer questions, is not going to hold your hand in what you need/want for the day. They simply provide the space and their rentals, and you are free to do the rest. Hence the four stars versus five... I kinda dont recommend this venue for a bride/groom that stresses the small stuff. There will be a million little details youll want to know (like floor plans or how much ice) and the venue wont totally know that answer for you. Youll have to have a day-of coordinator with pair of cojones to enjoy this place. And a binder full of checklists. Otherwise, Kay and Mary were so fantastic to work with. I never met Mary face-to-face and never over the phone, but she was quick to answer emails when I was curious about my many small details. And Kay bopped around our reception, throwing in a helping hand whenever and wherever she could. I couldnt have had such a breezy party without her. So, with that, make sure to read the contract carefully and do your best to follow their rules. Following their standards but then adding your own flare will make the day wonderful, I promise.

Came here for my boss Super Bowl party and I have to admit this place was great. Head a kitchen and plenty of seating. This would be a great place for small events like birthday parties.

Funky digs! Great space with weathered wood walls and ceilings, extra room with a fireplace and a raised retro kitchen! Lots to look at... besides the event that youre there for!

Attended a wedding reception. Loved the look and feel of this place. Parking is limited thought. Lots of really old artifacts and posters worth looking at.
