We used the community center for our wedding on 1/28/2012. My experience was a very positive one from the beginning. The staff were very professional and helpful, offering suggestions and accommodating my needs. Since it was off-season, I was able to rent just Mercer 1 for just 2 hours on a Saturday afternoon. Even though we went a few minutes over our check-out time, we were returned our deposit. The venue is excellent! It has been recently remodeled, and the views from just about everywhere are breathtaking and wonderful. The price you have to pay makes Mercer Island Community Center a bargain! Of course, things are most likely different during summer, but I cant imagine anyone not having a good experience renting this place.

We held a event here last month, and it went great. The only thing was that the service was slow, and when I called for employees they came 10 minutes later. Nice equipment, but a little old. We also had to carry the tables on a cart ourselves, which was a little surprising because we paid for the room. But one of the cleanest community centers Ive seen so fsr. Also had big window that faced water, which was pretty nice. I wish every community center was like this... Overall, it was great! Me and the other 60 guests had a big blast at the Mercer Island Community Center.

Sorry but JCC is much better for exercise/gym.. and JCC is cheaper. This entire center is nice but i give the gym 1 star.. So here is info on gym only and comparing it to JCC: It is much smaller, the cardio equipment is older and there isnt much, JCC has quick bottle refill, water here is warm and hard to fill a bottle. Ididnt get a towel here and JCC has plenty and they are free. I dont really care about TV but the TVs at JCC are bigger and there are 3 vs. 2 here.

Friendly people at the front desk. Great price for activities geared towards a budgeting family. Free rental if pool(billards) when you give them your ID or keys. Lots of cozy quiet places to read, study, nap etc. They have free locker room access when you are attending a fitness class or open gym (to which the prices are so affordable). You can rent rooms there for events at a good price, and They commonly have art walks too!!!

Ive come here for a couple of meetings. Plenty of parking, easy to find, right next to the park and down the block from Transit Center/Park & Ride. Definitely a newer place and theyve done a good job of keeping it looking like new and clean. From what Ive seen they have a good amount of classes and activities available to the public at a reasonable price too.

The community center is a good place for people to meet up. They have events that happen there as well. Theres a gym and squash courts. They also have a gym that can be converted into a nice badminton court. The place is very kid friendly and has a little enclosed area for people to just rendevous.

Sea Tac

Nice multipurpose facility that has an indoor space with basketball court, conference rooms, and activity rooms. Clean and modern with friendly staff. Large parking lot and green landscape. Easy to find despite being tucked away in the community.

Wow.....love this spot and wish each community could have something like it. Visited for a meeting and enjoyed a walk about, learned that we could come play pickle ball here indoors someday. Awesome Mercer Island, well done!
