Where do I start?! It was the worst hotel experience of my life! I booked 2 rooms for a hockey tournament. We checked in on a Friday and I couldnt check in till 4:20pm when check in is at 4pm. My rooms werent together. I was told I had early check in and when I got there I couldnt check in this went back in forth about me checking in with 4 different people. There was NO manager on duty till Friday night at lime 11pm. So I filed a complaint. Kids couldnt shower because the drain was clogged with a glass full of hair that I dug out! Went down to speak to the manager Joe was his name... he said well what do you want from me. He was rude! He then told me we would give us 2 nights free on foe each of my booked rooms. House keeping didnt clean my rooms people where smoking in the stairwell. I went down the next morning asking the front desk about the notes on my account about my nights free. Her name was Suzanne. She asured me that both my rooms would get that night free. I said thank you and left. Came back 6 hrs later and my 1 room I asked to be clean Wasnt! Ask someone to come clean it so like 30mims later some.one finally came! Went to leave that night and there was no coffee! Ask for more and they didnt know what to do! Really I said its coffee. Anyway we want to check out and the manager Joe was on duty! I thanked him for his time and was telling that maybe there was something that needed worked on. He started being pleasant till he charged my card! He only gave me one night for one room free! Then told me he gave my other free night to another member of the team! I said thats has NOTHING TO do with me! He said I didnt k ow what I was talking g about and he said he never told me he was gonna give me one night so I should be great full I got anything! I said I confirmed with Suzanne (who was also working) yesterday morning! She looked like a deer stuck I head lights! I said correct and she put her head down and walked away! This is only a few things! I could go on and on... but Ill stop! Front end staff are rude and incapable of handling any thing! House keeping is slow! And NOT ALL THE ROOMS WHERE BEING USED! Just a terrible stay! Dont do it... go somewhere else!

I would leave a negative rating if I could. I have stayed at this location multiple times since I was a child with my family and we never have had any complaints. Recently my boyfriend and I stayed at the downtown Portland location, Embassy Suites. It was beautiful and did not disappoint, we checked in and settled into our room without a problem. After returning home a week or so later we decided to book a room here to spend a romantic evening together. We had a whole evening planned with reservations at a great restaurant and a show after. However due to an employee denying us our room, which I had booked half a week before, we had to cancel our plans and spend time booking another hotel. We were denied based on the fact that my boyfriend and I are 20 years old and the hotel serves alcohol. Even though we just had stayed at their sister location and they are by law suppose to card before serving any alcoholic beverage to a guest, as well as the fact that there are no mini bars in any of the suites. I asked why it was not posted on their website and why it was not posted in the email confirmation and the employee helping us replied with, it is. Well I went into the site again and no where does it state to check in or to stay with this location you must be 21. We ended up staying at a hotel that was much nicer in downtown Seattle, less expensive and we spent our evening ordering room service until the show started. Our of the 20 hotels we have stayed at, I have never had a problem booking a hotel in Washington state and I will not be recommending this location to anyone further.

First thing we noticed is that the WHOLE HOTEL, rooms and all (we were on floor 3), smelled like the pool they had downstairs. When we arrived in our room we found the couch and the chairs had crumbs all over them and found dead bugs in the light fixtures. There is a hole knocked in on the back side of the bathroom door. Then the ludicrously continued with the $5 water (water, which if you opened, would add a $5 charge to your stay. The rooms were dated and worn with popcorn ceilings and yellowed plastic. The TVs were small (probably 32") and the WiFi was terrible (1mbps down and less up) and they only let you have 3 devices per room on (if you have a windows 10 computer, connect to it and open up a mobile hotspot, then you can connect all your devices to your hotspot). The central air is loud and the LED bulbs cast a cold glow on the room. The outlets and USB ports are worn and are loose. While we were in the hotel the fire alarm went off, thankfully it wasnt an actual emergency, the hotel was experiencing a problem with their alarm system, but the alarms wouldnt be loud enough to wake up a heavy sleeper. The pool and elevators were a little dirty and needed a clean. The good thing about the hotel is the staff was nice and there was nothing super wrong with the hotel, just a bunch a little things that pile up to make a 2 star experience.

We just finished our stay at the embassy suites Lynnwood and wanted to share our experience with you. We found the text from staff asking how our staff was very helpful. When we arrived in our room it was extremely hot, we lowered the temperature and four hours later it was still extremely hot. We went to the pool and were very disappointed by how unclean it was. The water was green, there was a lot of hair and just filth everywhere. We came back to our very hot room to shower to discover the drain was broken (would not stay up to drain) we text and they sent someone up 20 mins later to fix it, the engineer was on their lunch so understandable. The engineer was in our room less then one minute and said there was nothing he could do. The front desk never checked back to make sure the issue was fixed. We had to sleep with the window open so the room would be at a comfortable temperature. The window faces the hwy which made it very difficult to sleep. The breakfast in the morning was also disappointing, sausage was pink and under cooked and food was not very warm. The staff was nice and seemed eager to help but when it came down to it they didnt follow through. We have stayed at many embassy suites and this was by far the worst experience we have had.

Great for families, and a relaxing place to just "get away for awhile." The suites consist of two rooms - a comfortable private bedroom, and a living area with a hide-a-bed couch that works well for children. There are sturdy tables and desks, and plenty of outlets for charging electronic devices. The main part of the hotel is a large, open space lit by skylights and tastefully decorated with seating and greenery. Plenty of places to visit, read a book, or set up a laptop. Complimentory breakfast is amazing, with a wide range of buffet-style food including eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, toast, pastries, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, variety of breakfast cereals, and of course, made-to-order omelettes. Theres also an evening reception which includes complimentary drinks (soda, wine, beer, mixed drinks), chips, salsa, party mix, and fresh veggies with dip. There is a little tip jar for the bartender, and we always bring extra cash for this, but its optional - they treat everyone like honored guests regardless of tipping habits. Embassy Suites in general are a little on the spendy side, but worth every penny when you include breakfast costs, and the value of a stress free, all-inclusive environment.
