We had our wedding in July 2012 and are more than pleased that we decided to go with this venue. Our guest count was 300 plus but the sure size of this property, easy of parking, and onsite facilitators exceeded our expectation. Robert the owner and his staff went above all to help us through the process, from showing off the venue on multiple tours and occasions (family members, vendors etc) to pre-planning, and support on the day of, all was worth it. The staff was always so respectful, pleasant, and willing to jump in the event something was needed. Of all our wedding vendors this is the only one that we thankfully could check off without any issues. Planning is a breeze and their flexability was appreciated. If I could give this venue PLATINUM stars I would. This is a hidden GEM and I would reccomend this to ANY Bride and groom looking for a magical place with all the easy and convenience of location. WE were very happy to have this as our location!

This locale had potential; at least we anticipated that it would be a great experience last Spring. Unfortunately, the landlord used us and our deposit to make plumbing upgrades he clearly needed for years. The house was littered with dead mice (a result of the family cat that lived there - we werent told there would be a cat), and the plumbing backed up under normal use. Our substantial deposit was not refunded, and we were never provided with proof of these alleged plumbing costs he incurred. Beware the scam; although many of you currently renting this property are no doubt benefiting from the home renovation that came at our expense.

I got married on May 22, 2010 at Sanders Mansion. The day went off without a hitch. Robert, the owner is wonderful, hes always doing something else to make the property more beautiful or special. His event coordinator Robyn is also very professional and she helped my day come off without a hitch. Despite last minute table additions, rain plans vs sun plans and last minute decisions, they were responsive, supportive and extraordinarily helpful. I would highly recommend this beautiful site for anyone planning a wedding in the South Seattle area.

Just an absolute dream location. You have the acreage, vine filled trellis, fountain, pond, boat and even a swan! Completely reliable staff, gorgeous setting (several guests said this was their favorite wedding venue they had been too), and just overall a dream come true. Highly recommend this venue!

Great venue and layout. Lots of good photo opp locations within. Make sure to either have bug spray readily available for guests or advise them proir as the mosquitoes come out in full force at dusk.
