We picked up our Luna a couple of weeks ago and the whole process was great. The puppy I initially inquired about went to a different forever home (he was not meant to be ours) but we decided that we wanted to work exclusively with Motley Zoo to adopt our fur baby after doing some research on the organization. I am so happy we did. I really appreciate the time they took with our application (totally worth the wait) and the questions they asked to make sure we were the best match for Luna (f.k.a. Marnie) and her for us (she is just the best, adjusting perfectly and we are just in love with her). They were (and still are) more than willing to answer any questions I had, and I had a lot, and they were so patient with me and are so caring about their animals. Thank you Motley Zoo!

We were devestated, after losing our cocker spaniel family member of fifteen hears, and decided to go through a rescue for an older helpmate for my blind cocker, Hershey. Speaking and sriting to the staff at Motley Zoo, we were directed to Sammy (Hagar), a darling white with chocolate spotted cocker. He fit into our mold just wonderful. I brought him home today, and all three of us are like three peas in a pod! Each one brings out the best in the other. Hershey and Sammy get along famously, and it was like hed lived here before. He is so comfortable. It is a match made in Heaven. I highly recommend adopting this way. The staff are so professional, though thoroughly wonderful...I just love them. Thank You for Sammy!

Was in the process of adopting a kitten I saw with this organization but could not get verification the kitten was still available. On my 2nd attempt for more info on the kitten, my process was canceled. When I tried to reach out and ask why it was canceled, I just recieved an auto generated email with no info. This process is a waste of time and this organization does not run very well from what I can tell. You have to answer a bunch of questions, submit pics and then still wait around for an agent to respond to you. While not knowing if the pet u wanted is even available! The whole experience was strange to me because I never been thru an agency process to adopt a pet. Hope the kitten I wanted is in a good home :)

These are the finest group of individuals I have encountered in the animal rescue community over the last 15 years. I dealt w/ 4 rescue agencies when looking for my current dog. When I found my little fella through Motley, he was recovering from pneumonia (which he had when surrendered). The Motley team nursed him through it & paid all vet bills. They "foster" all the animals until theyre adopted, so they are use to kind/ loving care & ready to enter a like situation. Transition was seamless & they offer additional training/ consultation should a problem arise (no cost). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MOTLEY ZOO & their ROCKSTAR DAYCARE!!! (PS. To compare them w/ Gingers Rescue, which I rate Poor, is a farce.)

Ive been fostering and volunteering with Motley Zoo Animal Rescue for over six years and wouldnt want to be anywhere else. This group of people cares about animals. They are incredibly supportive and passionate about what they do. I love fostering with them because even if I am sad to see the animals go, I know that Motley Zoo has found the best home they possibly can for the pet. After working closely with them for so long I trust them to do the best for the animals in their care. Ive seen the vet and other bills and I know no one makes money off of this rescue. Were volunteers and we do it because we love animals and want to see them thrive and live long happy lives. Motley Zoo rocks!

This is most amazing pet adoption place on Earth - we were able to be united with our furrever friend, pal, family member and all around goofball, Mr Melvin! Jme is just incredible with regard to her devotion to all animals under Motley Zoos care and that extends to all of the staff. The daycare is great, the staff are attentive to the special needs of all of the dogs, and like Melvin, yours will get to play all day with doggie friends! Anyone looking for a dog or a cat, puppy or kitten, needs to check this place out first and foremost before going to a shelter. All of the animals up for adoption need your help!

This organization and Gingers Death Row Dog Rescue are two I have pegged as dishonest money makers. 3 times I almost adopted a puppy from the N.O.A.H shelter and ended up not. They were all adopted up immediately. Beautiful, healthy pups with no health problems. The next day, Id find that SAME puppy up for sale by one of these groups. The name changed, and some given a new story (from the slums of Iran...our cost is high to pay for their flights and vet bills). This is not mistaken identity either... I held and spent time with these 3 different pups.

I got my two little dogs from them last year and the Motley Zoo crew was so helpful in making sure I got the right dog for me, as well as offering accurate and open conversation about the positives and negatives of each dog. They also offer classes, and the confidence class has been amazing for my newest family member. Searching for pets can be super frustrating and I went to a wide variety of places to find mine. MZ pups arent cheap, and their application process if pretty extensive, but well worth it all!

Motley Zoo is an incredible organization and they care about their animals with 100% devotion. They are tirelessly passionate about their cause, respectful of their people and their animals, and work tirelessly to provide animals with the safety and security, health and care they deserve. This group is all-volunteer and focuses on the positive elements of rescue and community involvement. This is truly a labor of love and I applaud them for all that they do.

We adopted Teddy (Chris Pratt) four months ago. Still am blown away by how wonderful MZ is. We have adopted from another rescue before and this is night and day. The animals are obviously so well cared for and happy critters. Our puppy is just the sweetest guy ever. We tell everyone about MZ and will definitely be back in the future!!

This organization was not willing to help a 9 year old dog whose owner passed away. They said the dog had a "black mark" because it was given to a shelter by the family. What is a "black mark" on an animal in need of a home? Very disappointed in this rescue service who is unwilling to help a rescue dog.

Motley Zoo is a wonderful organization to both foster for and adopt from. They genuinely care about the animals that they help and are very knowledgeable and patient with their foster parents. I have both fostered and adopted from them and am looking forward to fostering again!

They love all the animals and take great care of them. I take my two chihuahuas to their RockStar Daycare Love it.
