Some of the workers were ok. However they spent more time flirting with another than really doing their job. Not a good thing when someone is too busy trying to get with a co worker instead of doing their jobs. Makes me wonder if they allow this how a business can maintain a proper work place when most place dont allow co workers dating another due to instances like this. Ignoring a customer or player to use their phone or flirt is down right rude. Not to mention i seen a few of them outside of work at a different casino which is disgraceful when they dont even do well at their own job and want good service at a different one.

When you first walk in to this place it seems so chaotic. Kind of reminds me of being in a Chinese Market Street. Once you take it in and learn the flow you can jump right in and easily navigate where you want to go. Ive never gambled here I just go here for dinner from time to time. Most times now I call in my order and pick it up on my way home. Food is great and the service is fantastic. I cant believe how patient the staff is. Always security on site but they are the friendly type, not threatening. I hope the Palace will be here for many years to come.

For a small casino, they are very generous of Comps and match points. I come here once in a blue moon and the managers were able to remember my name. Believe it or not, Palace casino has one of the best Sushi place in town. Yes, if you are ordering and paying with your own money, it is a bit expensive. But if you ask the manager to $50 Comp, the sushi dinner is cover. The sushi chef here is a very professional and he never disappoints me. Fresh seafood, the portion is average, the taste is top notch. I would avoid the Chinese here.

Always have a wonderful time here. Dealers are very friendly and they all know me even though I only stop by once every two months. Never had a problem with cleanliness or service. No smoking allowed, which is great. I always stop here on my Eugene to Seattle run for a few hands and some lunch. Thanks Ken, Brandon, and all the dealers I forgot to name.

Top Notch Yard Service

I ordered to go. Food was flavorless and containers not filled to the top. One of my orders was need and broccoli. It came with all broccoli and 2 little pieces of beef. Crab puffs were delicious but that was all that was good. I just moved to la center and I really wanted to love this place but they made it impossible.

It was honestly the worst Chinese food we have ever eaten!! The crab puffs were burnt, the low mein was small hard noodles, thank the supposed general sos chicken was hard burnt chicken with peanut sauce on the side! I will never eat here again! $30 wasted. I do not recommend to anyone..

Made to order sushi until 2 AM most nights. Buffet on Tuesdays. One of the best sushi places to go in the Portland metro area. (Jing) Eric is an amazing sushi chef and pays attention to all details. Casino is alright, but the food sells the establishment!

I like their seafood buffet on Tuesdays, you have the chance to savor all kinds of shellfish (except for lobster). The king crab is my favorite. I have had this for like 15 years when the price was $20, and now the price is $40 per person.

pretty dark in here. Had $3 bj, which is becoming rare... though you deal with people who dont know how to play. Dealers could be friendlier, but they probably fear losing their jobs because of ilani.

Food is so good. Service could have been a little better. I have never had Vietnamese food before, I will definitely go again. Sr discount is 20%. Better be in business when we return next year.

Worst place ever. Black mold everywhere. The sushi area is so gross, there were Flys everywhere. I had a hair in my food, and a fly in my drink. Will never come here again.

If you like tables this is for you but i consider a casino as one that offers slots as well
