Very nice casino friendly employees they go they go the extra mile to help you they also have a very good snack bar and there wild Creek restaurant has good food and they have some very good buffet on Tuesday and Thursday they have a brunch for 10 dollars plus it senior day for anyone 50 or older you get 5 dollars free play and if you get 50 points that day you can get your brunch for free plus Wednesday night they have an all you can eat buffet from seafood to American food I think this buffet cost 24.95 and Wednesday morning they have a buffet with an omelette bar these morning buffet Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday morning from 10 am till 2 pm and its only cost you ten dollars they have breakfast and lunch from eggs sausage bacon to mashed potatoes and gravy to fish and fried chicken salsbarry steak well worth the price and then on the night they dont have the buffet you can sit down in the wild Creek restaurant an order from there menu they feature Delmonico steak and prime rib go check it out you wont be disappointed

Its probably the cleanest casino around. The machines arent all "smooshed" together...the casino floor has a pretty good layout- and theres security at the front doors. The casino has a free breakfast from Midnight-2am on Saturday night into Sunday morning...for you " night owls". Their restrooms are always cleaned and well-stocked- and they have doors that close going into the restrooms...yay! Another plus... ( for those of you that have been to another casino in this county...you know what I mean!).The only minus I have for this casino is the parking lot...its fairly small...and pretty bumpy. It gets pretty flooded during the winter "rains", as well. All and all...Ive won a few bucks here and so has my boyfriend. ☺

This is the newest and probably the smallest casino in Lake County. The layout is very good for keeping track of our elderly in-laws. They keep it clean and the machines are relatively new. The restaurant is very good, good service and as several reviewers mentioned, the prime rib is a terrific value. I have to wonder though why no casino has thought to provide covered parking. In the summer this would be a major draw since your autos are otherwise baking in the sun. They could also install solar panels on them had save a ton of electricity.

Never before have I been to a restaurant within a casino. Since I dont frequent casinos. It was dimly lit, to set the ambiance. But since I had two kids with me, the romance was lost. The buffet line was clean and stocked up. There were labels describing what each dish was and a Neverending supply of crab legs. Our server was attentive and never let a dish sit too long on the table, nor did she let our glasses run out of drink. All in all a wonderful experience. At $25.00 per person, its a little hard on the wallet but well worth the cost.

Its not Vegas, but it has what I find important. Clean and well ventilated, friendly workers, cheap blackjack tables in the afternoon, and great Bloody Marys. The outside looks like a circus tent, but inside it is more upscale than youd think. In addition to slots and tables it has a nice bar area with food, and an moderately upscale restaurant. Prime rib is good. The other casinos in the region are far too smelly (you choke on cigarette smoke) so this is the only casino establishment I will visit when in the region.

This is a cutting edge place. The staff are courteous people and the overall casino style is setting a better standard for Indian gaming places in Northern CA. There is a lot of new games to play here and they change often. Both restaurants here offer good food, and The Hotsprings Express also has economic dining for the gamblers on strict budgets. There is a fullservice sportsbar/lounge & grill too. Plus the perks and promotional they offer are fun and original.

Good casino great employees always very polite and curtious they have a restaurant bar and a snack bar the wild Creek restaurant very good food they feature prime rib and a blackened Delmonico steak they also have a lot more items on there menu the running Creek snack bar you can get a hamburger deli sandwich a bistro sandwich hot dogs nachos coleslaw side winders french fries chicken and there are more items available prices are pretty cheap

Nice Modern casino, new slots, player rewards for slots are great, table games sucks, they change their game and limits when customers start winning, on blackjack if a customer is winning more then 500 they only deal one hand per deck? Really WTH? How is that for customer service? I would never play tables there again. Dealers are terrible, I just go there for the slots once in a while..

A friend of mine fell and hit his head in the parking lot which he had a nice cut above his left eye and was bleeding. Security responded then refused to let me talk to my friend and when I asked if they had a first aid kit they said no. They said they dont really deal with injuries so they dont need one. However they did ask if he needed an ambulance. Nice job guys, your professionals.

Restaurant is very nice and very popular. We go there more often for the Prime Rib dinner. $9.95. They do need to do some preventative maintenance on their machines. I played several machines and they all had maintenance requirements and should be removed and fixed. Looks like the buttons have been abused or over used and are not responding when pressed.

The food was OK - I had a chicken with wine sauce that wasnt bad, my wife had a hamburger that she didnt like at all. The service was somewhat scatterbrained, but they really put through the extra effort to make things right. Id eat here again, but my wife would probably veto the decision.

The Ambiance of the restaurant is well done, its placement in the casino is as such that the smoke from the casino and gambling machines noise does not enter the restaurant. The food is excellent and the prices are modest. You can get drinks at the bar or have them delivered to your table.

I Like it here however my last visit. MY CELL PHONE WAS STOLEN ...AND NO ONE TURNED IT TO LOST AND FOUND I AM VERY UPSET . IT WAS A VERY EXPENSIVE PHONE. IF U ARE READING THIS DO THE RIGHT THING AND RETURN MY IPHONE!

Went for their BBQ buffet night. Got a good deal by getting a membership card. That I went at the end of the night and the meat was already dried out especially the turkey breast. The buffet was mediocre at best..

The Casino is inviting and has a comfortable atmosphere and the hosts are friendly and professional. The Slots are Great, I went in with $8. and won $507. on the Willy Wonka Progressive Slots.
