I thought the greens were amazing, I thought practice facilities were top notch, I thought the pro shop was well stocked and the staff were brilliant(I had a tee time error that was completely my fault that they rectified for me no problem and got to play both courses for silly cheap). Surrounding nature is quality, youre in a bunch of trees That is all. I dont understand why this complex gets such a crazy buzz about it. Always ranked top courses in Washington whenever that list gets made. No holes stand out to me, no character, just amazing greens. Yes I have played both courses. Honestly, layout and structure is dimmer than a 40 watt light bulb. I do recommend playing both courses so you can say you did, other than that, Im not getting myself giddy to play it again any time soon.

Course was great. We played Salish Cliffs the day before and while I would prefer Salish to Gold, I would gladly play Gold again. Although that opinion is probably impacted by the below. Clubhouse staff was also very good. So why a two? The Course Marshall refused to Marshall group directly ahead of us. He out right said that everyone is hear to have a good time. So he let one group slow up everyone else. At the first hole we were told the expect pace was 2:05 for the front nine, we ended up at 2:40. There was a hole gap after three holes. The group ahead of us was the last of three golfing together. The first two groups had actually all ordered and finished their lunches by the time they showed up at the end of the round. Played morning of July 18th.

I would give 0 stars but 1 is the lowest I can give. We called and scheduled a tee time for footgolf the week prior. The person on the phone said my friends and I could start as early as 5pm. We arrived on time and tried to pay for everything but was turned away. Even though we had a scheduled tee time we were not allowed to play. We were told we had to wait because there was still golfers. It could be an hour or longer they wasnt sure (as they all laughed). Horrible way of treating customers. Staff was a bunch of punk kids that didnt care. So we all left and went somewhere else. Personally I will not recommend this place to anyone.

This is a public golf course that cannot be missed if you love nature and love golf. Staff are super friendly and the course is well maintained. There are two 18 holes, and if you only have time to choose one to play, youve got to play the Olympic course. Youll definitely feel like youre surrounded by nature, and the fairways have ample room to play with from the tee off. One thing youve got to beware of are your food items (say bags of chips). Mine was stashed in the open glove compartment of the golf cart and the crows managed to peck it out onto the path while I was on the green.

Beautifully manicured and challenging courses. Well trained and friendly staff. When it is busy they do a great job rushing people without making them feel "pushed" to make sure that everyone gets to move through their game and enjoy themselves without standing around and waiting. The food is good, the driving range and chipping/putting practice greens are well kept and easily accessible. If you are a beginner, intermediate or excellent golfer - you have to tee off here! You wont regret it!

What a view! Nice Pro Shop with a large selection of products and everyone we very nice and courteous. There are 2 courses and we played the Olympic Course. I am new to golf this year and this course is amazing. I was told it as a professional caliber style course with long, wide rolling fairways with tall evergreens along them. The course was well manicured and a delight to play on.

Had a great day, Pace of play was just a little slow but nothing to complain about. Well kept course with great views and a good challenge. I walked and it was also a bit of a challenge. Greens were great, Fast. Had dinner in the lounge after and it was very good and price was fair. I would recommend this course to anyone (Olympic) I will return to play the cascade.

Played Oly New Years Day 2014. First 3 holes it was too foggy to see where our drives landed. Smooth sailing thereafter. Dry as usual. No standing water anywhere. Greens were great. Holiday rate was $44. This was not short sleeve weather. Used my hand warmers all day. I did take off my outer vest. I never look forward to the walk from 18 to the clubhouse.

Way over rated. The course is great but over booked. Ranger started bothering us on hole two even though there were people right in front of us. The group of five behind us with two guys not wearing shirts was especially awesome for how expensive and well rated this course is.

Great food! It was snowing so we didnt golf, but the service at the bar was tremendous and the food was super affordable! Aside from the older feel and smell of the carpet and furnishings, it was a great experience. We felt the private country club vibe for sure.

Top 5 favorite courses in Washington! Its hosted many national championships and offer a 36 hole championships course. The views, conditions and the layout make this course a must play. The club house also hosts weddings and special events.

Beautiful backdrop setting for weddings but the entrance was far from beautiful and quite confusing. We had to walk thriugh a cafeteria to get the the wedding. Not ideal. But once you get outside....breathtaking.

Best golf courses in the area, both price and condition. Can be easy for beginners and challenging for advanced players depending on which course and tee. Friendly staff. A shout out to "Van", go Packers! :-)

I like everything about this place! Great practice facility, restaurant and pro shop. The nicest and most courteous staff around. And both courses are great layouts and a bargain! Yes!!!

Beautiful course. Each hole is unique. Staff is friendly. Prices are reasonable. Didnt feel crowded even when the parking lot is full (might be because of all the weddings they do).

My sister got married here a few weeks ago and they went out of their way to make it all go smoothly. They even shut down one hole where the ceremony was taking place. Five stars!
