The Hilton Garden Inn is easy to get to but difficult to leave. Fresh and clean, it is just nice in every aspect that is important. We were greeted by pleasant and competent staff upon our arrival and the accommodations were impressive as well. The made to order breakfast is done well, more than adequate in its offerings, and is a great start to your day. Dinner was a treat and served in a relaxing atmosphere by attentive wait staff. I look forward to returning to Winchester. Well done Hilton Garden Inn, well done.

Selected our room in advance using the Hilton app. When we arrived check-in was very quick and easy. Our 4th floor room (a king suite) was spacious and clean. The TVs were adequate; content provided by satellite. Air conditioner kept the room quite cool, but a touch too humid. The $10 breakfast was excellent. The hallway on the 4th floor had a slightly funky smell. Staff was friendly, polite, and helpful. Would stay here again.

I only stay at Hilton. I love this location, its very clean, safe and absolutely gorgeous inside. The beds...ehh...they are not soft. Also, indoor pool was very cold and the hot tub was way to hot. I couldnt enjoy the perks. When I informed management I was told that they had never heard another customer complain about that before (which made me feel stupid). Other then that, I love this hotel and they give a great military discount!!

Hotel staff was very nice but the Hotel Manager "Rick" was just not concerned with any of the issues that I had had during my stay. All he kept saying was that he was sorry. Not one time did he make me feel like he gave a hoot at what I was saying. Trash not emptied, AC not working, no wake up call, room keys not programed, room keys turned off during my stay. JUST FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO STAY IF YOU ARE IN WINCHESTER VA.

This particular Hilton Hotel does not serve Chocolate Chip cookies. They served a granola white chocolate and cranberry cookie which was really horrible. The front end service clerk was not that friendly and was really rude to the older ladies that I was with. The breakfast was awesome but if I am paying my money, I expect for the service to be great along with customer service. I think they can do a little better.

If youre looking to book a block of rooms, look elsewhere! The system is glitchy, and they turn away guests before the block is full. That, or they direct them back to the bride which makes absolutely no sense at all. If you are calling to book as part of a block and they tell you its full, try again. Sometimes it takes 5 tries, but odds are there is still a room for you!

Have stayed here many times for work. Love the staff and hotel in general. The only thing keeping it from a 5 star is the lack of a large fridge you get in long-stay hotels. The breakfast is okay but I dont get it often. The dinners are good and overall just a nice hotel. Very close to I 81 but not on top of it and several restaurants within walking distance.

Wonderful place. Quiet. Relaxing. Overly helpful staff. The breakfast crew is so energetic and helpful they almost scare you. The hotel sits next to a train track which would normally be seen as a problem. The only noice you hear from your room is the horn and a subtle clicking as it slowly rolls by. Highly recommend. Oh and perk, all rooms have dish network!!

Fairly brand standard hotel, room was good & big. Staff on the otherhand were not a patch on the staff at the Hilton Garden Inn Williamsburg. No bottled water on check in or in room as a Diamond member. Check in staff were obviously not interested in their job, no information about the hotel or services was offered, had to even ask how to get to our room...

I felt it was very comfortable. The beds and pillows soft. House keeping came in while I was at my work function at Trex and made my bed and grabbed my wet towels, and put new K-Cups in the room. I dont travel very often, so Im not use to some one taking care of me so good. I also got free hot breakfast coupons for during my stay. All very appreciated.

This is my 3rd time being in the area & ive had nothing but the best service here...rooms are very clean...breakfast is awesome...& the service here is the best ive ever seen. Greeted by first name after my very first visit & ever since. Definitely a place to keep coming back to!! Manager on duty has been Randy & he is the best! Super great service!

The Hilton Garden Inn in Winchester is a great place for people to stay that are out of the area and a great place to have meetings. I have held several meetings there and each time is a great success. One more added value is the Chef. The food is great and fresh. I would rather eat at the Hilton Garden Inn then most of the local resturants.

This is our 2nd time staying at the Hilton Garden Inn. We have been greatly satisfied with the quality of service and the customer service provided by the staff. Our check in was the easiest Ive ever had. Unfortunately we probably wont be back to this area very much more we will continue to use Hilton as much as we can.

The room was very nice, AC worked great so that is always nice! The shower head massages your head and the water pressure is great! The hot breakfast is very good and you can get anything for a good price. I would recommend this hotel if you are passing through. Very convenient to the interstate.

My family stops here on our way to and from N.C. every year. The service has always been great. One time there was a mix up of rooms and they handled it in a timely manner. They have a great breakfast on the mornings and a bar for the evenings. A very clean and well decorated establishment.

Staff is helpful and will go out the way to see we had a great stay. Dinner was wonderful, Chef Marco has has a great menu the sea food was wonderful. Carrie at the front desk was very helpful at check in, her smile was a very nice after a long day. Will stay again on next business trip.

Number sleep beds and pillows were awful, continental breakfast was subpar if you wanted hot breakfast was an $10.95 charge that they automatically added 20% gratuity. The pool and exercise room was nice though and it did have a whirlpool in the pool area which was very clean.
