The NC Symphony and the Triangle British Band play here and the sound is excellent. While the tickets for the Symphony are on the expensive side, starting at $33.00 per, they are well worth the money for a special night out. The Symphony is spectacular. We also go to the Triangle British Brass Band concerts here. The tickets are $10.00 for adults and $5.00 for students. The Brass Band is extremely good and it is a great concert to just hear music. They both an adult and youth British Brass Band.

Excellent experience with the NC Symphony. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Acoustics in the hall itself are impeccable Very easy to find staff to direct me to my seat. Beverages are a bit pricey, but not outrageous for the venue. My only real complaint is the seats, which can be rough on the back. Hopefully they will be replaced with more modern ergonomics one day.

Contemporary building with very good acoustics and good view from any seat. Home for North Carolina Symphony. Hosts interesting visiting musicians and other events local and not. I will give more stars if it would have better concession stands with shorter lines during intermissions.

I attended The Decemberists concert with my daughters on 6/4/09 and sat in section A. Three ushers congregated right next to our seats and talked to each other loudly throughout the whole show. It was incredibly rude and distracting.

I like Meymandi Concert Hall mainly because my husband, Eric plays violin with the NC Symphony and I enjoy the concerts. The hall is very spacious and open with wide side halls. Very easy to move around.

Superb location. We always make last minute plans to go to a show, and it works out. Parking is pretty close across the street (almost).

Not a bad seat in the house. The seats and rows are very tight which makes it hard to get in and out. Overall enjoyed my experience.
