I have lived all over the US and this is by far the worst theater ever. Not only are the prices the highest I have ever seen, they dont seem to keep the place up. We have gone there twice since moving here and both times it cost us $80. Wow!!! Both times the ICEE machine was broke, the bathrooms were not cleaned (toilet paper on the floor, no toilet paper in the stalls, no hand soap, blow dryers didnt work in womens), and the theater room was disgusting (Blowing out cold air in DEC, food and sticky crap on the floor). I guess for the price of the tickets and food you dont always get what you pay for. We now go to a different theater about an extra 10 min drive, way better. There price is worth going for, the seats are way better, bathrooms always clean, ICEE machine always working, and food tastes better. I emailed Regal about them, they sent back and email saying "Sorry but to bad. If you dont like our theaters dont go" So I wont and we go see movies every month if there are good ones out.

My family and I recently went to see a movie, and I must say, I was very disappointed. In the first 20 mins of the movie, the sound went off and commercials started playing... After a good 5 mins wait and NOTHING happened ( no one fixed it) myself and another movie goer went to let someone know about what happened, and we were told they would "get right on it"... After 10 mins we were all still watching the movie but with commercials... My husband then went to let the manager know and after 5 mins of his returned it was finally fixed... We stayed because my daughter wanted to watch it --- but I think it was handled very poorly. Someone shouldve (at least )come in and apologized for what happened but of course no one did... 1st and last time that we will consider this place to watch any movie.

I went to see the movie "9" tonight and wasnt that impressed by this theater. There are a ton of theater rooms inside but most are not as large as others Ive been to. This movie opened on a Wed because of its title and the small crew was slow to handle the unexpected load. That wasnt a big deal. The main issue that bugged me for a while was that they didnt dim the lights until about 15mins into the movie. The seats are nice but the screen was small and the sound system wasnt on par with quality theaters. Not rich enough. Very average but I wouldnt go here to see major blockbusters. I think this theater is dated and tired and you can get a richer experience at a more updated theater for a buck or two more.

Its only nearby theater from where I live to watch bollywood movies. I would rate this theater 3.5/5. above average sound systems (sometimes you will not hear volume while watching advertisement before entering to the cinema but, it wont give you any trouble while you are watching movie), seating arrangement is average - not enough leg room and cant rest my head as well). Also they should give interval when show is houseful. other than that its good.

They have done a good job since the remodeling that was done a couple of years back. Theater is clean overall except the restrooms - there is generally no toilet paper and sometimes it feels like its not been attended to in many hours. The individual theaters are on the smaller side and that is a disappointment for summer thrillers that need the super big screens!

This is a 1980s theater with no push back seats. A fountain soda costs you 6$, they sell beers inside and again the beers cost 4x the cost you pay outside. Parking area looks dangerous as there is no monitoring around it. On the whole - I would give this a 1 star. I go to a theater to relax, not to sit uncomfortable, not to pay for unreasonable prices for food.

This theatre was my favorite for years, but now its a miserable experience. Major movies are sent to the Regal at Dulles Town Center across the highway, and the smaller movies that do play here are played with awful sound in theatres which no longer go pitch black, but only dimmed to 30% light. The experience sucks and I wont be going back.

This a great neighborhood movie theatre. They have a nice and wide selection of current movies, its clean, the staff are pleasant. Now that there are other, newer and fancier theaters in the area I still enjoy coming here with the added bonus of less people and shorter lines. A nice night out and it is close to some good restaurants.

Im currently sitting in this theater wondering why I came here instead of Brambleton or Tysons. The audio for the previews is playing but not the video. The people who run the theater dont care. Im sipping off of a cup of flat coke. Even if there was video the screen is small. Next time Im going to ashburn or Tysons. This place sucks.

This is a nice theater. Its not crazy expensive like the Alamo. Its kept clean and service was fine at the food counter. They also serve beer and wine that you can bring into the theater. Overall this is a nice place to go see a movie when you want the theater experience rather then staying home and watching Netflix.

Worst movie experience ever!! We went to see a Indian movie and the sound was just aweful. The DTS or what ever surround sound was crappy. Most of the music and the dialogues were literally mute. The seats were small even for a 140 lb male. Will never go back to this theater. Wish there was a negative rating.

For the $ thats the same as other theatres its should have better audio less audio overlap btwn the theatres . Shame the dont do Tuesday specials for all or have a decent senior price like others - Like all day Tuesdays for $5.99 Or at least $7.49 daily senior price . So many more would come here.

One of the few theaters left that you can just go to. Most of the other local ones require planning ahead of time to pick seats before you are wrenching your neck or family is split up. Here you can go see a movie on the spur of the moment and be spontaneous. That has a lot of value for setting a movie.

This is a nice movie theater that has everything youd expect in a movie theater. The screens are nice, the floors are clean enough, and the staff are all nice. The seats are maybe not the comfiest Ive ever had, but still plenty comfy, never leaving me with any discomfort.

3D is more like 1D. They had to fix it in the middle of the movie. Do not recommened this theater. Go to iMax, Leesburg or Ashburn instead. For the price paid not worth it with horrible seating and the theater hasnt been updated in years. Will definitely not go again.

Its good, but they compete against themselves--they have another theater (Dulles) a mile or two away where they like to put the first run movies instead of here. The other theater is even more expensive (though any theater in this area costs a fortune).
