I spent almost 2 hours reading most of the information contained in this small museum. It offers a fascinating history of drug use and abuse in the United States. It would be of interest to any persons wanting to be more familiar with events and legislation related to the introduction of drugs and their eventual illegalization and control. I found it fascinating, thoroughly enjoyed it. You have to like reading, lots of pictures and exhibits that mean little or nothing without the accompanying text.

While there was some hilarious misinformation about marijuana and heavy handed propaganda which vilified "hipsters," and "jazz heads," I was, for most of the visit, frustrated and angry. The exhibits were not quite out of touch enough to be entertaining, in fact I found much of the information dangerous and regressive. Overall, Im disappointed in the museum. Its not enough of a laugh to be entertaining and is too oversaturated with propaganda to be educational.

I gotta be honest, they were going to get me anyway now im on my way to Colorado for an extended stay, I have to say well played DEA. And to the people who want to follow in my footsteps just remember im worth 5 Billion dollars and ill be living in a 10X10 for the rest of my days, just keep that in mind the next time you want to play Cartel Boss

Aside from their short hours (Tuesday - Friday from 10am until 4pm), this museum is pretty neat. They send you through the history of drug abuse and talk about some of the ways people manufacture and use illegal substances. It is worth a stop if youre in the area.

Its a fun little stop to learn some information bit it is not overwhelming and its quick enough to keep a kids iterest. Nearby plenty of other things like Pentagon City Mall and metro to make it a part of a day but not a whole day.

A nice, small museum with unique, wide ranging items. It appears to be targeted for younger individuals but I found it interesting. It is worth a visit if you are in the area. It also had an attached gift shop for your DEA needs.

This a not well known jewel in DC. It is very educational and with good artifacts. Be sure to see the binder explaining several tragic events for seemingly healthy and happy people.
