The cheese was pretty okay but the girl at the counter said they were out of tasting spoons so we could not taste the ice cream. There was a large container of reg. cheap plastic spoons right in front of her on top of the ice cream bin in clear view. In my opinion any good service minded ice cream slinger should suck up the .002 cents per spoon to allow customers to taste the goods to purchase a $3.00 cone. The ice cream was good but the service left a bad taste in my mouth long after my tiny scoop and waffle cone were finished. Tisk Tisk Heber :(

Yum! They sell local and Aggie ice cream from Utah State, plus delicious cheeses, meats, and raw milk. Their shop is darling and has fun gift options as well. Everyone is always really kind and patient, even when my kids cant make up their minds which flavor they want. I love eating outside and watching the beautiful cows, or taking our cones down the street to Memorial Hill. Midway is beautiful and this dairy is a great place to sit and enjoy it all.

This place has excellent dairy. Their raw chocolate milk is absolutely delicious. I deduct a star because they dont keep a very good stock. Im only in Heber a couple times a year so I was bummed they were out. The lady behind the counter said to check next week. For something so popular, they should do a better job at keeping it stocked. Call ahead to make sure they have some.

We love this place! We only get up to that area about twice a year, but we always stop to get something from the store. Also, we look for their cheeses at the local markets that sale Utah products as well. Their aged white cheddar is really good on grilled cheese and the honey cinnamon cheddar is a wonderful additional to a cheddar cheese and cracker tray!

The tour is much shorter than I imagined but the tour guide is the owner so that is good. They sell a very wide variety of interesting cheeses (Lemon sage, orange rosemary, lavender and a bread cheese from Finland) but it is kind of in the middle of nowhere. I think if you really want a tour of a chesse factory it is one of just a few in Utah.

We come here every time were in Heber! We love the local ice cream and cheese curds- I highly recommend the ranch and dill pickle flavors. A single scoop of ice cream is huge and the price is great! They also offer fresh sandwiches using local ingredients, local meat, milk and many other goods. Worth checking out forsure!

Awesome place to visit! We went to a cheese tasting and tour. The farmer who owns the place is friendly and knowledgeable, and their cheese is top notch! We had a great time and would recommend it to any cheese lover! You MUST try the juustaleepia (Finnish toasting cheese), it is divine!!!

Unique cheeses you probably wont find elsewhere but small shops like these. Very flavorful since they are all produced by local dairy farmers, and the ice cream is very good. Great place to visit if youre in town for the weekend and if I lived there, would probably make a monthly visit.

While personally I dont like the cheeses that they sell, I love going there for the experience of seeing my mom savor every single one of them with a huge grin. Variety is amazing, the taste is delicious, the staff is friendly, and the famous ice cream is to metaphorically die for.

What an awesome experience. Our family got to take the cheese tour. The owner was very kind and him and his son let us sample all kinds of cheeses. I would recommend this cheese factory to anyone. They also have all different kinds of artisan type snacks and condiments.

Amazing cheese and beautiful location! We dont often make the drive so Im glad we can get their cheese at the City Creek Harmons. A wedge of their lemon sage cheddar with strawberries, baguette, and roasted almonds makes an impressive cheese platter for any occasion!

Some of the friendliest, most helpful people Ive ever met! Every question was answered patiently and with a smile, and their cheeses are heavenly!! If you have a chance, definitely try their Wasatch Back Jack and their Vanilla Bean Cheddar. Yum!

Ok, the fresh milk and homemade and cheese was awesome; however, only having one person running the counter on a Saturday was not awesome. The line had over 12 people, and it took over 30 minutes. Several people gave up and left.

This place is awesome! Yep, its known for its ice cream but dont forget to try their grilled cheese sandwiches; they are amazing! They also sell cheese, milk, pickled items, and small gifts. The people there are really nice too.

This is good ice cream but definitely not as creamy as other ice cream. I took my family to Herbert Valley Creamery and to BYU Creamery within an hour if each other. BYU Creamery has more cream in their ideas cream.

Charming local establishment. Pay five bucks to get more delicious (and some not so delicious) cheese than you can handle! Guys, I was introduced to cinnamon honey cheese and loved it! Who would have thought?

We absolutely love Heber Valleys delicious raw milk and yummy Aggie ice cream. I drive from Salt Lake twice a month to get this fabulous milk. Its the best natural milk weve found in Utah. I highly recommend!
