ok so I went to this market when it was supper hot. Summer Time, can’t believe it has the same stuff down every row as someone who came for the first time who was told that I would get Supper low prices ( great deals ) and a great experience what a disappointment I visited various vendor the first was bits and bytes .. Talk about liars schemers and con artist selling illegal Microsoft product and then when confronted TJ stated “the management doesnt care " We Are friends we have her under control then walking away from me "WOW" I also visited other ,3 golf Guys 4 to 5 backpacks luggage watches socks shoes, I wonder if the management is really serious, running this market like a business or is it just running it as a money laundering scheme (the snack area takes ( cash Only ) ??? , it’s the only explanation. Ok not all bad this goes out to the good people I ran in to the ones that are trying to work around such bad management. I say Keep Trying One Day Every One get theirs. I hope you the Best. The good ones are The Golf Guy, Greg the computer guy he really know his stuff !!!!! The Sports Guys, The salsa guy, the dog guy, popcorn Guy, (Gary the cooler guy,( he Is funny ) Rubber fake plant guy, sorry dont remember your names … If you want the market to do better run it like a business be fair With All Get rid of the Current Management. She Is So Bad “WOW” , What I found Out Just By asking some of the venders..

Im from minnesota, and I went there yesterday. I was looking at the jewelry of a stand that was kitty corner to the "TURQUOISE exchange" ... at least it was called something along those lines. As I picked up a yin yang bracelet off the table the Mexican man proceeded to push, "oh its black onyx, real silver" and I said ehhh dont really want it, then he said let me take a link outo so it fits your wrist better and I was like thats okay. But he did it anyway. Because he was so persistent I ended up buying it and regretted it right away. We went farther down and saw another American jeweler with all real silver, he took a look at the bracelet and turned out that it was not only stainless steel, but the black in it was ENAMEL. I went back to go get my money back for the man who lied to make the sale, and he lied AGAIN and said no this is black stone and Mexican silver. He changed the "stone" type now. He handed me over to another employee cause he couldnt handle the fact he was lying. They told me to pick something else out but I demanded my money back. Very very bad experience.

I purchased a laptop from Bits n Bytes Computers on A row and I totally agree with the last review, they do rip people off. As soon as I got home I had a major issue- operational system was illegal, same as Microsoft Office. I tried to go back to them for assistance. T.J was very rude. When I approached the broadcaster next to snack bar urgently to help me with my problem, he only referred me to A Row. As I was walking around, I saw another computer store on B Row. They assisted with my problem by selling me a laptop with all legitimate software and I did not have problem ever since. So glad I found the honest small business on B Row. I must say the experience with Mesa Marketplace was terrible. The staff is not giving accurate information. Many stores are selling exactly same products. Price will vary from 1 dollar to 10 dollars for the same item. Worst swap meet ever. The management should get a clue. I traveled around the continental United States for years.

We went yesterday, Sunday morning. According to the website they open at 7 am. We realize this is the "off season, but were shocked at the number of "shops" not opened. (They do close off about half the area this time of year, but most were duplicates, still plenty to see) OK, Sunday morning and hot , BUT by 8 am more shops were finally starting to open. Weve gone in "snow bird season" ( Jan) and shops tend to close early. My advice is to go a few hours after posted opening and make sure you have all your shopping/browsing done a few hours before they close. BTW, we asked a merchant why so many shops were still closed well after 7 am and we were told people dont come out that early. Hmmm, maybe if they were constantly open when they should be, people would go.. We specifically went early to beat the triple digits.

MESA MARKETPLACE IS COMPLETE MADNESS!! I cannot believe how many corrupt business they allow to set up here. Specifically, I cannot believe the management let the company Bits N’ Bytes into the area. When they fixed my grandmas computer… THEY USED ILLEGAL SOFTWARE!! I just can’t fathom how the management at Mesa Marketplace is perfectly fine with a store that puts illegal software that could make my grandma a victim of wrongful prosecution and IMPRISONMENT! When I went to Bits N’ Bytes earlier this week to confront the problem, I was treated with such disrespect. I WILL NOT STAND FOR SUCH CORRUPTION and intend to keep digging till the management changes the way they run things or, so help me god, bend and break in my crusade to stop shoppers from going to Mesa Marketplace EVER AGAIN!! BE WARNED! Crooks down every isle!!

There are some really cool shops in here! The problem is that there is so much cheap, dollar store type stuff on tables blocking all the aisles that its hard to get through! There are tons of elderly people walking around just hanging out and socializing. Makes it hard for those of us who really want to SHOP and spend money to get anywhere! I saw lots of interesting things through the crowd that Id probably like to purchase, but I just got frustrated and left. Im not sure why its turned into a gathering place rather than a place to shop. How do the shop owners make any money? Theres got to be a better way....

So, I guess I had a different image in my head of just what a swap meet is. Thinking about it after the fact, it checked all the boxes, had all the cheap merchandise, a few local vendors, a concession stand and live music. I really didnt think itd be so damn depressing though - it just made me realize how addicted to rampant consumerism we Americans are, and how dependent on frivolous spending so many families are. Unless youre as cynical as I am, youll probably enjoy it. I got anxiety and had to leave after about 15 minutes, but I dont have any real complaints.

We have a 2nd home in Mesa and LOVE to visit Mesa Marketplace EVERYTIME we come to town! 90% of our house decor was purchased there! They have the neatest stuff for residents and visitors alike, and the rows are sheltered from direct sunlight (their overhead water misters are delightful in the summer months)! Prices are fair and I really enjoy perusing the many aisles of items! The winter months bring more vendors for sure and it definitely is a cooler time to shop! A MUST for everyone!
