Your guard at the gate was incredibly rude. I have been servicing this neighborhood a couple times a month for the majority of a year and never had problems going in any gate. Today Im scolded and told "you should have known better" and "you dont get to come in this way". Excuse me?? I have never had an issue before the rude guard jumped down my throat. If its that big of a deal take down the sign that says "guests and all others" and put up one that says "vendors must enter at main gate." And learn to be nice!! If your vendors arent happy, your residents wont be either!!!
