Played here for the first time on 8/9/13. Location is fairly easy to get to if youre anywhere near HWY 360 and 183. Pros: good parking, drop off, facilities are clean and taken care of. Starter and water coolers areas were always available and fresh. Staff is very friendly. Bathrooms are clean. Loved the way the fairways and rough were taken care of. We played in early August and every thing was still green and soft. Fairly longer course with some good strategic holes. Great scenery. Cons: No GPS, greens had too many divots and rough areas. The greens didnt do rest of the course justice. I know its tougher to maintain with that soft of soil and type of grass but I think it could have been better for the price. Especially when 30% of our shots are near or on the green. I think the super twilight price might be a bit steep (~$45) for no GPS system but including range balls helps.

The atmosphere is great when you walk in hostess was friendly. Our waiter was terrible! Took our food and drink orders and didnt see him for a coffee or water refill unfilled our food arrived. When our food arrived we found out that he didnt even put in the order for my daughter. You would think 3 people 3 plates but he didnt. We also asked for drink refilled and didnt receive them. The hostess fill my wifes coffee right before we where about to leave. Our waiters name was David and he seemed more interested in flirting with the other waitresses than doing his job. The other waitresses seemed very attentive to their customers and I would suggest this restraint to anyone just if you get David as your server just leave cause you will get better service at McDonalds.

I dont know what was better, the course or the increbible lessons i received from the Head Pro Dan Walden. Although it had just rained for a good period of time, the greens were in fantastic condition. If you really want to test your skills I recommend playing from the tips, however be prepared to lose more in balls then what you are going to pay to play!!! I also highly recommend a lesson with the Head Pro Dan who has an amazing gift of straighting out a swing. He genuinely cares about the progession of your game and not one of these pros who are just out there to make a buck!!!

If you are pretentious this is your course! Marshall’s could care less if we finished 18 or had a problem with the group of 7 (members) in front of us. The course itself is a fun fantastic layout but the on course staff took the fun out of our overall experience. It’s not worth the cost to be treated like you are less of an individual or want to play 18 holes in a less than respectable 5 hours. I have been playing golf for over 20 years and this is the first time I have had a group of 7 play in front of me without action from a Marshall

Really nice course. Pro shop 20-year-old barely even acknowledged that I was there. And the greens were recently aerated so they were really bad shape. Tee boxes and fairways were in great shape though. Even saw a bobcat while I was there. I took advantage of the supert wilight discount which, for $40, was well worth it for this quality of a course.

Ive been to the Raven Grille a couple of times now. It is a just fine restaurant. Both times were dinners: one was buffet style and the other was plated. Ive never ordered something off the menu. Perhaps those dishes are much better. The ones I had were good, though. Ive never golfed here so I this rating isnt for the course.

This is a Fantastic course. Its tough but beautiful. The greens are in great shape as are the fairways. They take reservations a few days early so I was able to get two tee times for my group. I have been here twice and plan on revisiting this excellent course.

I had a super great time. It was very private, he and I cant be seen together. Its calledsecrets, quietly secret. We love to eat and play together privately. Keep our secret because we will get in trouble. We seek around, perfectly innocent though.

Seriously awesome course with the added bonus of a delicious restaurant, Ravens Grill, that is open all day and even serves brunch on the weekend! Bottomless mimosas and bloody Marys are phenomenal and the food at any meal is DELICIOUS!

Great shape right now. Best conditions youll find in a public course in DFW. Other same priced courses don;t compare to layout and current turf conditions. Chalk white sand bunkers and secluded holes.

Course is in decent shape however we played behind a 6-some all day. Marshalls were not seen again after hole 3 so the round took an eternity. Lost my business for good.
