Save your money and go elsewhere. For starters it is ridiculously expensive to get in. For myself, a 3 year old and a 1 year old was $45. It has a few slides, a small lazy river and a kids area. You could spend less money at the waterpark at Moody gardens or the wave pool in Mt Belvieu and get a better deal. They do NOT offer season passes so if you want to go a few times a week, plan on paying the same amount every time. They also do NOT let you bring in your own coolers, food or drinks. So once again you are stuck with paying crazy concession prices. I was told when I called that they do not offer any life jackets for children (unlike every other water park I know) The day we went, I was then told they do offer them, yet I never saw one in sight. Im only giving this place 2 stars instead of one because they had attentive life guards. Probably because there was NO ONE there and the guards only had a handful of people to watch in the whole park.

This water park had very little to actually do. There were only a couple of slides and a lazy river. I really do not understand how this has four stars because everyone above the age of 7 will be bored in less than thirty minutes. I highly recommend just making the extra hour to drive to Baytowns water park. It is very big and a lot of fun for everyone. The water park in Sulpher is better than this one and is A LOT cheaper. The only good part about this water park in Lumberton is the splash pad, and that is only for toddlers.

Review for the RV PARK SIDE: the bathrooms are awful (horribly unclean with no warm/hot water). The owner doesnt care that the park is being overrun with meth heads. On a plus side, the lake is pretty and sites are spacious (but all rough gravel). Wouldnt recommend for anyone other than an overnighter or longterm/cheap place to stay (not for someone looking for nice accommodations). The water park is a nice local place to cool off, and I think well worth the season pass

Not much here, but being the only water park in the golden triangle, it is a relatively inexpensive day outing especially if you have children. Rather small, it is easy to keep track of children, and the few slides they have are actually kindof fun. Most popular, hands down, is the lazy river. And, yes, they do serve beer.

Although a wonderful view, access is not defined and is very rough . Sites while large enough for a big rig are not well kept. Water is Sandy, so make sure you are well filtered if you visit. Price was $45 per night which seems high for the area.

Nice place to take Grandchildren,not very big,but plenty enough to keep the kids busy.Also they have plenty life guards,which to me is comforting.However the fees ( a bit Pricey) to get in & cost of food,snacks, & drinks! Had a Great time !

Been here since March 2017, very friendly clean place to stay !!!! Restrooms r large enough for big people lol The only thing I see negative is they stopped accepted mail and packages and there is no one in the office !!!!

Two slides, a very small lazy river, a kiddie play area, and thats it for around $17.00 per adult. I might as well just go to SPAR waterpark in Sulphur, Louisiana where there is more to do for a much lower price.

This is an awesome place to just get away for a little bit!!! Sure its not big, but you can still have a lot of fun!!!!! I would definitely recommend going to this waterpark!!!!

Awesome place to stay cool. Always clean and plenty of space for me and my three grandsons to have a great time. Staff are very nice and the water river is cool and relaxing.

Lots of fun. Needs a pool for swimming because the river is too shallow. Soft drinks are also expensive $3.00 for refills and 20oz.. not a bad place to hang out.

Really only good for small kids. The lazy river is only 2ft 4 in deep & they wouldnt open the very small pool next to the slide.
