If i could rate 0 stars i would They need to hire better lifeguards instead of incompetent still in highschool children. They are completely over staffed. While being there this past tuesday everywhere i looked too many children were in danger and while they were, all of the lifeguards were just talking to each other not paying attention. On my way over to change nearing closing time i over hear a staff member speaking to a woman about an "accident" her child had. While in the changing area i hear another staff member ask another customer about another "accident" her child and herself had. I probably heard about 5 different problems they had within 30 minutes i can only imagen what more "accidents" go one while their "Life guards" are on duty during the open hours. Horrible place they must really get a better human resources department so they dont hire these irresponsible life guards. I advice you not to go here unless you want to actually drown because trust me with those lifeguards attention skills the likelyhood of that happening will be 100%

Very fun indoor pool from 4 feet to 11 feet with 2 diving boards 3 large slides a small lazy river and large kids area problem is they made my tio drive all the way to a store to get swim trunks when every other water park Ive been too lets me wear basketball shorts staff is very rude and obnoxious especially the one who opens lockers she gave me attitude just because i went to ask her if she was coming to open ours very rude one life guard was nice and gave me and my cousin a small warning but the rest would get upset and very loud for the littlest things other then that very fun and well priced i recommend but be prepared you need to have a swimsuit or else they wont let you in and its well worth money but alot of rules

The park is really nice but for lessons its alright and the prices are a little too high. There are a few guards who look like they know what they are doing but there are some who dont. Also for lap swimming, its a big enough pool for laps but the guards dont put up the lane ropes until an hour after someone starts lap swimming and interrupts the swimmer. I understand it is a new facility but they needed to be know how to do things before they opened, not during.

Affordable summer fun with family friendly activities. Get there early to claim your spot in the shade and avoid the big crowd later in the afternoon. Eat well before you arrive bc no outside food or beverages allowed. Snack bar is just that-a snack bar. If you want to keep your shirt on while in the water make sure its dry fit material, otherwise you will be told to remove cotton t-shirts. Friendly staff.

THE PARK ITSELF IS COOL, STAFF ARE IDIOTS THAT HAVE NO COMMON SENSE. WHILE STUPID LIFEGUARDS WERE ARGUING WITH US THAT WE COULDNT BE ON THE EDGE WITH OUR KIDS BUT HAD TO ACTUALLY BE IN THE POOL COMPLETELY....THERE WAS A KID ON THE OTHER SIDE LITERALLY DROWNING. THEIR MANAGERS ARE COWARDS THAT SEND THEIR LITTLE MINNIONS TO ARGUE AND REFUSE TO OFFER A RESOLUTION THEMSELVES! WHAT A WASTE OF NICE WATER PARK.

Its pharr they have 3 slides,a little river,pool,and a little kids place but they act if its f**king six flags,they made my husband buy water shorts even though he had shorts on..the stupid guys at the Gates were making fun of the the people as they walked in like if they were vomiting por something.. sooo rude,everybody skips line at the slides i almost smack this chick for that reason

It is a really neat little aquatic center that made my summer better. Went there a couple of times and really enjoyed it and even made some friends while waiting in line for the slides. It is a chill place and I dont think anyone will ever drown because there are like 15 lifeguards around the whole park. The only thing that isnt so great is parking.

Went there yesterday with my daughter and loved it. Small parking space but no problem. Price is not bad but it compensates for life guards on duty watching your kids. Fun to cool off and great indoor pool to swim in case you want to dive or stay inside on the shade. Weekdays are great no lines. Recommend it to families.

they are worse that an actual water park with all the rules before you even make it in..checking all your bags like they own them and tossing everything around...what is more disappointing is that they charge you full price just to watch your own kids even if you dont use the facility!!!

This is a great place to do laps 25m pool, indoor facility with about 20 lanes. Outdoor kids Park is open from 12.30 - 5.30 Mon - Friday during the summer. Lap pool is open from 9-11 am then 6-8pm Mon, Tue, Thu & Friday. It offers clean RRs, plenty of sitting areas and lockers.

Its a todo place to bring your family. It has an indoor competition swimming pool and outside it has 2 toboggan and several areas for the kids to enjoy. Im currently bringing my kid to summer swimming lessons and he is enjoying and learning so fast.

My daughter had a lot of fun in the kids area. It was nice they just need to expand the pool area. They only had a third of it open for swimming and it was super packed so there wasnt a lot of room to actually swim. Id still bring her back though.

This park is just not worth the money. They set up rules as if it is a major waterpark, even Schliterbahnss let you wear basketball shorts, etc,. Its a small waterpark with a pool a couple of slides and river. Chill.

My daughter really enjoys going to the Pharr Aquatic Center. Its not a huge place like Schlitterbahn but its only $5 for kids on weekends and has 3 big slides and a small lazy river that is really fun.

My daughter and her friend practice their swimming. Staff do a good job teaching kids the basic skills to not be afraid of water which I think is a life necessity to learn as a child.

The park itself is cool especially for smaller kids, prices are affordable but the parking sucks. The staff is RUDE and not helpful they really need new staff !!

Prefer 8 pm to9 30 pm lap swimming. One lane per swimmer. Not a time to have kids playing. Serious swimming exercise time. They also have it 5 to 6 am

indoor pool is big and is good to avoid sunburns. outdoor pools have one may attraction of 3 high good for kids and there is another section for toddlers
