Always a friendly staff! However today we arrived around 2pm, an hour after they opened. We were told upon admission that there would possibly be a lightening warning and in this case they would close the pool, understandable. So we pay $16.50 go in and I literally only have time to get my sons swim suit on when they closed it, we had not even touched the water yet. I understand they cannot control the weather and its for everyones safety however they need some sort of rain check policy for instances like this. We just handed them $16.50 and didnt even get in the water, they refused to give us our money back or do anything about it. I was not donating money, I paid for a service and expected to get it. If things our out of their control they need to do somthing to make it right. We paid to swim and it was not our fault we didnt get to yet they still took our money without any refund or rain check. Not happy with this place and dont think we will be returning:(

Fantastic place to go during the summer. We usually spend 1 1/2 hours with two kids under 7. I recommend going during twilight hours for the discount if youre apprehensive, you pay 2$ a ticket and have a time to decide for yourself :) we love splashville! The reason its not 5* is because the family passes for the summer seems over priced to me. I can get a year membership to the zoo for almost half the price. If it was more reasonable, we would buy a pass every year.

This is a great place to take the kids in the summer! There are some days that seem to be more crowded than others, but all in all this is a great place to cool off. We really enjoy the reduced price timing (5-7pm) and on Mondays admission is $3 instead of $5.50. My kiddos love the slides and I appreciate their concern in making sure everyone stays safe in all activities that are available.

It was a nice clean pool with lots of activities and the staff was helpful to little kids; however, parents couldnt help kids on the lilly pads and you could only ride in the lazy river on an inner tube. A lot more rules than most pools with similar ammenities.

Lots of activities for todlers and children, not for teens. Staff was great with kids and many life guards. Only four stars due to lazy river required use of tube and other useless rules.

Great prices! Facilities were very clean and the lifeguards were very attentive and helpful. Being from out of town, I was surprised to find such great entertainment so cheap.

Surprised at how inexpensive it is. Very clean and very fun for the younger kids. Wished it opened sooner in the summer and stayed open later into the season.

Wonderful place. Very small but designed for very young children. Have a lot of life guards on duty watching after and keeping the kids safe.

Lots of things to do with all the extras!!! No life jackets, its ok cause they have some free of charge. The food is very reasonable and good!

Wear out the kids and chill by the pool like its your own...only please wear clothing of some sort. Nudity not allowed.
