Being new to the area and hearing about a Christian park, we excited to try out the park before committing a few hundred to season passes. So we attended the "largest swimming lesson." Where the guards tried very hard. The head guards told us to go buy our tickets and come back to the wave pool. We were directed to the wrong place twice. They had to get approval to let us out to buy the tickets. We buy the tickets, then they told us we couldnt get back in. People had left CHILDREN and wallets inside!! So they call around and finally, they scan our tickets and let us back in. To get back to our stuff to turn us around again. Where Juan Sanchez ensured me it was the only way they could know who paid - while standing way too close in my personal space. Seriously, you are worried that maybe 3 people didnt pay cause they were still in the wave pool area? So you are going to push 40 people out of the park? So then we get to go stand - DRIPPING wet, in the heat, waiting in line again, while they try to figure out what they are doing. This is the most poorly run, pathetically executed, there is no customer service. It was sad robots who actually said, "You should find some shade to stand." Where there is no shade? But if tried to ask what was happening, they literally looked at you blankly and couldnt say anything? The answer was to wait for 40more minutes for a second bag check and another scan of our tickets. It was VERY obvious that NO ONE knew what they were doing. Horrible lack of communication between park staff, guards and definitely customers. And NEVER have I see such poor customer service. Engaging with no less than 10 people to have ONE lone person say "Im sorry" - Morgan Smith. But not before the blond bag check girl (who doesnt wear a name tag) "huff, harrumph, what is your problem?" Maybe wandering and standing in line for hours? "Not here, we only open at 11" Sorry you are so clueless as to what is happening at your park, but some of us have been here for hours. We will not not NOT be buying seasons passes, we NOT be coming back. Buyer beware!

We had a good time at the waterpark. It is a bit small though, we had already done everything in the park after an hour or so. Thankfully it wasnt crowded (it was cloudy/rainy on a Saturday) so they kids never had to wait in line, which was WONDERFUL. The wave pool was really good, it gave off strong, big waves for a while, however I noticed after a while the skin under my big toe was painfully slothing off. So wear swim shoes. The kids had a blast, my daughter got in for free for making straight As the 5th 6 weeks, and for myself & son, we bought a groupon for 2 people for a $34 which included 2 meals. Thankfully we waited to eat, bc after 3 hours there was lightening & they said our tickets have been reactivated & we could bring our meal coins back too :-) so we get to go again for free this season. (Which is awesome) The reason I only gave it 4 stars is because the facility looks old and dated, but its only 1-2 years old! I thought that Splash Kingdom had purchased an older waterpark and tried to revamp it. I appreciate their Christian music, but the layout of the lazy river looked like they cut corners in construction. Just not very appealing to look at. If we hadnt gotten a free ticket and a groupon to come here, it would have cost us $75+ for 3 people. Expensive. I would not recomnend driving more than 30-45 minutes to this location.

I have responded before from these requests but never have I had a follow-up from you. Last year I took my grandsons to Canton Splash Kingdom. While there, my oldest stepped into a large pile of fire ants. When I heard him screaming, I tried to get to him quickly. He tried to get back in the water to wash his legs off. They attendant told him to get back out. I took him to the car to put some meds on it. When we got home I took pictures and sent them to a number that was given to me. I have never had any response. This last week I took them to the Greenville location. I am 75 and not physically able to participate in any of the rides nor can I sit in the low chairs that you have. I think there should be a way to accommodate people like me and maybe a reduced rate so my kids can come to your parks more often.

My son recently went to the Greenville, TX Splash Kingdom. He will never go back and I will not recommend this to anyone. I ended up having to take my son to the ER due to him breaking out in hives. I no more got out Splash" and the ER doc knew right away what was going on. My son, amongst others (according to the ER doc) ended up getting contact dermatitis at this place. He is in a lot of pain and broke out all over his body because of his one and only trip to this place. I will be calling to report this and I hope and pray for other patrons sake that they do some deep cleaning, sanitize all slides, floating tubes, everything, so this doesnt happen to someone elses child. I do have pictures of my son showing where he is broken out if you dont believe me.

Good place for kids. Yes its on the small side but theres typically not a ton of people. It is expensive to get in so i recommend groupon discounts or any other means. Food is good but again, its water park prices. Lazy river is perfect for kids. Kids area gives plenty for kids under 10. Also had a blast on the big rides for adults . I definitely yhink they should make the place bigger. However, a season pass is,worth it in the long run. They used to have $14.00 prices aftee 4. Its only for 2 hours but it saves you money.

Went on a Sunday and crowd was not bad at all. The place is smaller than most water parks, but believe they have expansion plans. Being small isnt a negative for me as I have 3 children under 10 and like the manageability of the park for my kids. Good family atmosphere. Wont hear any inappropriate lyrics for you young kids with the music. Overall highly recommend this park for some summer fun.

I would never pay to enter this park. I won tickets and if I knew it was smaller than the hudson oaks one that also wasnt very good, I would not have drove almost 2 hours to go to this park. It is not even in same catagory as Hawaiian falls. Heck my neighborhood pool is more entertaining. Dont waste your time or money.

The staff are generally friendly but the rides are not built well. The green tube slide has injured many people. The place is very generic no theme except a few planes mounted everywhere. Food is expensive but worth it depending on what you get
