My family bought season passes this year. Although we have a blast every time we go! But I recently ran into a problem that they was completely unwilling to fix! When you buy a season pass you receive a coupon book. In the book are free June passes so on the 2nd I took my sister n law my niece that is 3 and my nephew that is a 2 yr old. Well at the time we went I did not know know 2 year Olds get in free. So at the window they took a free get in coupon for my nephew. I called 3 days later when I noticed this and told them that they owed me my coupon back that they used it on. A baby. They said there is nothing they can do! The would not give me my coupon back nor would they give me a ticket! While I was on the phone with the guest services I asked for the chain of command he absolutely would not tell me who it was! I argued long enough he finally told me his general managers name. I told the general manager how he conducted his self by not giving me his name or position and the general manager said thats policy. So I then said so when you go to a restaurant and you have bad service you dont ask for the manager? I find that very odd that the chain of command is kept secret. I have wrote the president of this company in hopes he makes this right and also sends his mangers through training classes! Pretty sad for an awesome place to get away and listen to worship music or find another believer to fellowship with and have to deal with this! If you claim to be Christian business by all means act Christian! I thought I would come back and edit this after speaking with the general manager for long time he finally made it right. Gave me back my coupon. Im very thankful that this was made right! Because my kids and I love this place!

Its over priced and over rated! I will never go there again after the way my family was treated by the staff. Weve been there several times over the past few years and everytime I leave I wonder why I keep going back. Ill tell you why-my son loves to swim and out in the middle of BFE theres no other options.Theyre hiding behind religion just to be able to charge an insanely high rate! Youre not allowed to bring in ANY food or drinks, that way they can rail road you in to buying their over priced crap! My fiance , son, and I went there and spent almost 200.00+! Admission to the park was 65.00+ for the 3 of us. Once inside, we decided to get a snack! HA! We got 2 hot dogs and 2 bottles of water. I dont remember how much we paid for these nasty shriveled up things but what ever it was WASNT WORTH IT. The only staff that seem friendly are the gate attendants. Long story short, this place is not worth the drive or the money. I wouldnt recommend it unless youre loaded with money and love to get treated like crap.

This place was AWSOME!!! RELAXING!!! NO LINES!!! AND MOST OF ALL DID NOT BREAK MY WALLET!!! People do your research!!! I went online to buy my tickets ( I hate lines) but I was not at a computer to print them out. I wish they would have a system set up to take a ticket from your phone like the movies. Im glad I didnt!!! I was at my local Brookshires and they advertised tickets for $20!!!!! WITH FREE FOOD!!! You cant even go to the movies that cheap!! We spent all day there. Everyone there was polite-workers and patrons. Every thing was clean. Plenty of places to sit. All the kids in my group (ages 7-41 LOL) we all had a great time!!! AGAIN I SAY, IT WAS ONLY $20 EACH!!!!!! WOW!!! ( with tax $21.65) buy you tickets before you go!!! Now its not as big as Hurricane Harbor but its close and CHEAPER!!!! Another thing I noticed is when there were unruling kids it was dealt with right away. So it was safe at the childs play castle for the toddlers. We will be back!!! It is not over priced!!!

Its been a year since we last visited. We loved our previous experience but we were disappointed this time. We arrived when the park opened in the morning. Visiting on a Tuesday we expected the park to have been cleaned up from the weekend. The park was already filthy. Trash lined the side of the lazy river, and was scattered inside of it. The trash cans were overflowing within an hour, and we were attacked by bees , and ants near the toddler area. Every water attraction had dead bugs floating. The lifeguards did nothing about pre-teens acting crazy in the wave pool nor the lazy river, granted parents should have been watching them but someone has to step in if they fail to do so. After our previous visit we were excited to return. After this visit, we probably will not.

The park was fun and my kids had a blast! However, other visitors of the park, adults and children, were rude and not very appreciative of the hard working staff members. There was a fire earlier this year (2017) so the concessions were in food trucks; adults still loudly complained that it was "ridiculous to have to wait this long for food." They had ordered 4-4 piece chicken tenders, 2 nachos, 2 funnel cakes, a hamburger, and 3 hotdogs. They waited about 25 minutes, which is pretty fast considering there were only 2 fryers and orders before theirs. The kids were rude by cutting in line and not following directions given by the life guards. As long as you have a high tolerance for rude and obnoxious from other guests, its a grand time.

Its great until you have a problem. Their customer service is horrible, they refuse to fix issues that are clearly on their end and worse than they, they will not apologize. We ordered a pretzel for my daughter that was clearly labeled as $3.25 and they charged us $4. When we protested they stated that the marked price on the sign was wrong, then proceeded to have someone change the sign immediately with a blue marker and when we requested a receipt, they dug through the trash to procure it. No apology was ever issued, and they only said that it would be unfair to honor the $3.25 price because they had already been charging $4 all day, and that would be unfair to the other customers. This is coming from a so-called Christian company.

Second Time to this park. First time has fun This time around --- Had a groupon for admission for two plus meal vouchers to use and was denied due to the Waterpark[is] "no longer affiliated with groupon." Made a phone call yesterday to check and make sure everything was good to go. Was told that it was fine and the group is valid. Made the journey to Canton for a day of fun. Was denied, I refuse to pay extra out of principle even though its a waste of time. Fine print has no mention of anything abnormal. If youre not affiliated with groupon any longer than remove or update the listing or accept it until the groupon expires.

Splash Kingdom is no more overpriced than anywhere else. No, they do not allow you to bring in outside food or drink. Does anywhere allow this anymore? Empty bottles are permitted and you can fill them up with cold water, free of charge. You can pack a picnic lunch and eat outside of the park, or even drive five minutes to Mc Donalds or DQ. They have covered tables, and you can come and go as many times as you like throughout the day. Patrons can rent a locker to store personal belongings. My family loves Splash Kingdom! My only complaint with the Canton location is that the music around the lazy river is a bit loud.
