Been a member since moving to Frisco a year ago. At first site, the place seems like poor mans Lifetime Fitness. The problem lies in that it is a government run enterprise and so the employees are your basic government employees. Rude and uninterested in assisting, not to mention that the place is always packed. This afternoon they asked that I get an ID for my 5 year old daughter just to verify that she is part of the family plan as if my ID did not already verify as such and/or that my 5 year old daughter would actually come to the pool by herself??? Not to mention that I would have no use for that ID since I have still have to provide my own ID when I drop off my daughter in the Kidz Zone when I work out. Needless to say, I am not doing it and will be canceling my membership.

I loved the FAC as everyone calls it. The basketball gym is great to get practice in, and a good place to have fun with the pickup games. The weight room could use some work but overall is very useful. My biggest concern is the pool area. Ever since the pool expansion finished, people have been pouring in to swim and you cannot find one parking place in the entire parking lot. The slides have 30 minute waits on the weekends and you cannot find a lounge chair. I think a solution to this could be building a branch off this in a different area with a similar idea to it. Overall its fun but can get overcrowded which soaks the fun out.

Our family joined the FAC last fall and we have loved it! The childcare is top notch! My kids love going to play there and the staff in the fun club is AMAZING and super friendly. The gym itself is huge. Great variety of equipement. Ive only taken one class there and I loved it, too. In addition to all this the gym is CLEAN. Cleaner than any gym Ive ever been to. No "gym" smell, the bathrooms & changing areas (and there are SEVERAL) are always spotlesss. They have a wonderful variety of classes for children from swimming lessons to dance and I just cant say enouigh good things about the FAC! Best gym, by far.

Have enjoyed this since the beginning... however, the city needs to build another one as its becoming too crowded...plus the FAC oversold memberships making the summer water park unenjoyable...update on memorial day 2017....the pool is over capacity...its been open for three days in 2017 and there is already a problem for people who have been residents and members since it opened...build another athletic center...city leaderships need to overpopulate this town with densely packed living accommodations has made Frisco unenjoyable to live in of recent...its not the residents its the greed for $$$$

Excelentes instalaciones.

I love coming here. You have so many options. There is the workout facility upstairs with studios and many class options. There are basketball/racquetball facilities. There is also an indoor water park and an outdoor one as well, all of this is included in your membership which is very affordable. To top it off they offer two hours of care for your children while you workout or swim or take part in any of the activities in the facility. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. I just love this place.

So much. From the big exercise equipment area, to the full size basketball courts, private classrooms for yoga or spinning classes, to the indoor pool area, or the now greatly expanded outdoor pool area with big lazy river that goes around it, theres a lot to do for a basic yearly fee. You can also get day passes if you just want the water park for instance. Sometimes certain areas are closed for cleaning, or special events, so it may pay to call in if you dont go regularly and see the posted notices.

My kids & I really like this water park. We come every summer. The I only thing I wonder about is the pay. Couple years ago and last year I remember it being at one point like $5 & $3.. always under $10. Thats what I loved because everywhere else it seems like theyre just trying to get rich off the people. So to see how much it went up makes me wonder how much more the prices will go up next year...???.... aside from that for the most part its a clean establishment.

Great weights and plenty of cardio machines. However, they seem to have oversold their memberships. It is sooooo crowded during the summer with all the families; crazy busy during 5-7 pm; and sometimes they run out of towels. They have a hard time keeping it as clean as they used to because they just keep selling more memberships and people DO use all the facilities. The pool is ridiculously crowded most times... On weekends, you cant even find a lounge chair.

My initial experience at FAC when it opened was absolutely 5 stars. I believe the city has not kept up with the demand or plan for population growth here in Frisco. I think there needs to be another FAC in town to alleviate the ridiculous overcrowding especially as we get into the summer months. I know there is tremendous demand in our city for FAC services, but overloading this one location is not the answer.

This place is awesome. Lifetime Fitness cant hold a candle to this place when considering the facilities AND the annual fee per family. This is a city-run, clean, and well-maintained facility that has an indoor pool, indoor waterpark, aerobics rooms, free weights, weight machines, cardio machines, indoor basketball court, and more! I only wish I lived in Frisco to take advantage of this cool city amenity.

Huge facility with plenty of cardio workout machines. The gym is kind of hot but its not that bad to push you away to workout here. Indoor swimming pool, childrens play area, locker rooms etc is there. Best things include free wifi (really good speed) and almost no crowd in the morning hours. I have given it 4 star since it does not have a dry sauna which I believe is essential to gyms of this size.

This is an excellent place to use the gym, play ball or swim. The indoor pool has a lazy river and jacuzzi. The outdoor pool was always cool but now theyve upgraded it and added several large water slides. Its now comparable to area water parks. If you live in Frisco its very affordable. They also have rates for non residents. You can join or you can purchase a day pass. The kids love it there.

I love this place! It is literally a one-stop shop for fitness, and even if you dont have a membership they have a Day Pass option that gives you access to the whole facility, including the classes! They also provide fresh, clean towels as well as fitness accessories to use (e.g. yoga mats) at no charge! I will be getting the annual membership shortly!

We visited the Frisco Water Park. Admission is very affordable and the park has lots of water features for the family to enjoy. It does get crowded in the afternoon. Only complaint is the park hours. The open at noon. I wish they opened at 900A so it wouldnt be so blazing hot.Sure its a water park but morning opening would be really nice.
