Third night of the CMA Festival and its worse every time. We arrive early, dont drink alcohol, plan our days, ask questions, and are polite as can be when visiting. The staff was rude or uninformed or both on more than 3 seperate occasions when asked simple but inquisitve questions.. The rules are ridiculous for navagating the facility..Cant walk up these stairs, but you can walk down them..HUH whats the difference? Photo OP line is only accessible from the opposite side of the stadium that the line is? Why? You can only exit the Photo OP line on one side by going UP the stairs? but GOD forbid your seat is near that exit...if youd like to enter the Photo Op line, you MUST WALK TO ONE OF 2 EXITS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE STADIUM, THEN WALK BACK TO THE OTHER SIDE OF STADIUM YOU JUST WERE TO ENTER THE LINE, THEN WALK ALL THE WAY AROUND TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE STADIUM THEN DOWN TO THE PHOTO OP AREA, THEN OUT.... and if youd like to try and get another Photo Op, then get ready to walk another mile....RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! When we asked if we could just walk the ten feet to the stairs that we jsut came down from, the staff wouldnt let us..say some dumb reason that didnt make any sense. Needless to say our night was completely ruined. After we followed all the rules and information we received. With all the walking around and back and forth all over the stadium. We were in line for Keith Urban, waited waited waited, and finally get down to the field .........and NOTHING we didnt get to see ANYTHING, not even the dern screen. THen before you know it, the show was over?!?! . Then of course guess what....PLEASE WALK TO THE OTHER END OF THE STADIUM TO EXIT! Seriously?! Because of the poor information given on how to access the area, general lack of concern from the stafff, poor and ineffective staff manning the photo Op line, and seems like a complete and overall lack of concern for someone who Paid $1,500.00. I work to hard for my money to be treated so disrespectfully, on my birthday weekend in front of my fiance who got leave from the Air Force to be with me on this trip, from the Nations Capital. I certainly dont treat people like this and am just apalled.

Very disappointed with management of facility during Monster Jam 2016 ... A day full of monster trucks with my son and father ultimately ended well but was not without major frustrations. The first event was Party in the Pits ... an opportunity to get up close and personal with the trucks and drivers. Arriving at the stadium from the north side, there was no event staff and no signage directing customers ... simply had to wander around and look ... stopped to ask a staff member along the way who had no idea and simply advised to keep walking until we found it. Finally locating the Party in the Pits, we were hot and dehydrated from the 90 degree weather. But, hydration opportunities were minimal with long lines and overpriced, warm bottled water. Seeing the trucks up close and meeting the drivers was great, but management of this event was severely lacking. By the way, multiple booths at this event were giving away tote bags and various items, but the bags and their contents were not allowed past security into the stadium. What was the point? Next, came the big event and the biggest disappointment yet. We passed through the security check and made it to the ticket verification staff who acted as if we were complete idiots to show up without paper tickets. They said their scanners wouldnt read digital tickets on smart phones. What??? Welcome to the 1990s! Hundreds, if not thousands, of patrons were told to go wait in line at customer service to have them verify and print tickets from Ticketmaster. This was absolutely outrageous and unacceptable. I had received multiple reminders of this event by email. I had read all that I could find regarding the event on the Titans/stadium website, and nothing was ever said about the requirement for old-fashion paper tickets. Many event-goers were commenting that theyd spent their last dollar on events at Nissan Stadium. We eventually got inside. The monster truck show (the first ever at this stadium) was great, but it was a truly exhausting day that was made unnecessarily frustrating by a lack event management and poor communication. Customers beware!

Worst stadium in the entire league. It is no wonder the Titans are so unsuccessful at filling seats. I have been to numerous stadiums in the NFL including bigger markets such as New York, Denver, and the holy grail of Lambeau Field. At every other stadium Ive visited if you arrive early you are able to go down to the field to watch the Players warm-up. They obviously do not let you onto the field but you are allowed to stand at the guard rails and take some great pictures and possibly get a high five or two from players. Well this is apparently not the case at Nissan stadium for Titans games. Today I attended a preseason game versus the Bears where approximately only 1/4 of the stadium will actually be in attendance. Upon arrival two hours early I and another group of people went to enter the first 100 level section we saw. We were greeted by a rude employee that told us we could not go in unless our seats were actually in that section. All of us of course knew that this was not the norm of the NFL and explained we would leave the section before kickoff. The employee refused so we ask to speak to a supervisor, when the supervisor arrived he did not want to argue with all of us so he said fine you can go down there for a minute. So we went down there and not even a half hour later so still 90 minutes before kickoff another security guard came down trapped us on the shoulder and told us we had to leave. Frustrated I then said "fine I will buy a ticket in this section on my phone so that I can stay here" the security guard replied "if you do that you have to leave the stadium get back in the security line and rescan your new ticket." So out of frustration I just left and I will never return to Nissan Stadium. Its no wonder it took Nashville so long to get a football team look how they treat their fans. Dont waste your time or money attending games here you would be better off driving to Atlanta, Cincinnati, or hell any other Stadium.

Went to the 2015 Music City Bowl and was very impressed. Ive been to several bowl games and the advantages of an NFL stadium are evident in Nashville. Parking wasnt too difficult. Traffic was bad as expected but the organization was well thought out and it really didnt take as long as expected to park. Once in our lot (A) there were plenty of spots and I was impressed how close to the entrance we could park. On the inside, staff was friendly, professional and organized. They knew their roles and executed them well to get us all through the lines quickly. Concession staff on the club level was very friendly and even mentioned theyd be glad to point us in the right direction. The club level seats were great. Im 6 tall and usually my knees are pressed up against the person in front of me or the chair back. I definitely had more room here and the chair was plenty wide. Only issue was that the souvenir cup was a little big for the cup holders. Once you got it in it was a little hard to pull out which seemed out. You would think the cups would be designed for the holders (or vice versa). Sound system was loud enough to hear without being overbearing. Video screen was a great size. By the end of the game I already had a high view of Nissan Stadium but I knew that can all change with leaving the game. There were about 50000 fans and with a close ending nearly all remained with 1 minute left so I figured traffic would be a nightmare with most lots being on the same side. Amazingly, we were on the freeway doing 70 less than 10 minutes after leaving our seats. Just like before the game, traffic plans were well organized. For the sake of changing things up I dont want to end up in the MC Bowl every year, but if my team shows up again I will gladly go again which is more than I can say for other venues.
