Toyota Stadium isnt the largest sporting venue in the Dallas area, but it is one of the best thought out for attendee experience. There isnt a bad seat in the house when it comes to viewing the field (or stage for concerts). Despite the construction for the soon to exist Major League Soccer Hall of Fame that will be on the south end of the stadium, parking isnt still available pretty close, for those that get there early, and mostly free. Once inside the stadium you will find a HUGE variety of eating options. This is a double edged sword, and the only reason I dont give the place 5 stars. Certain food items are only available at certain concession stands, which for logistical reasons makes sense - you cant fit everything into a single spot. However, some of the way the place manages this is just pushing the burden of work for items off on the customer. If you go to a window and want a pizza and chicken strips (East side North of gate). They will sell you either pizza or chicken strips, but not both. They make you walk around the corner and get back into line for the booth there that has a shared kitchen with the one you were just in. They COULD sell you both, but they dont. It is stupid. Also on the food, not a complaint, the free standing food vendors (Craft Pizza, Corn Dogs, Funnel Cake, etc.) are cash only vendors so if that is your thing bring real life currency, and not just your card. Ultimate Nachos = Awesome (pay the $1 for extra cheese - West Side North of Gate ) Paninis = Awesome (West Side South of Gate) Bar-B-Q Plate = Awesome (BBQ is ok, Mac N Cheese is great - East Side South of Gate) Urban Crust Pizza = Amazing (North Concourse near Lamar Hunt Status - Cast Only) Corn Dogs/Funnel Cake = NE Corner (Cash Only) CiCis Pizza - Good, but need to sell both Cheese and Pepperoni, since not everyone eats meat (East Side North of the Gate).

Went to Edgefest only to have the worst experience with a venue Ive ever had. So you cant bring in a water bottle to an outdoor venue in TEXAS, and theres no free water oh no, you have to buy a water bottle. Once you buy said water bottle, they TAKE AWAY your lid! The whole thing feels like a trap, oh hey, we dont provide lids for drinks, so they end up flat and full of bugs, nor do we provide napkins (or an extra plate god forbid) even though its a 15$ nacho plate. In this whole complex, there are 4 water fountains, all of which have warm water Im sure is 200 degrees in the summer. Smoking areas are not clearly marked so everyone just smokes wherever. Theres no reentry whatsoever so good luck if it starts raining and you want a jacket. Staff seemed unhappy to be there, and unhappy to enforce ridiculous policies. You cant even keep the bottle for your 12$ beer for crissakes, they pour it into a cup it barely fits in so you get to spill it everywhere. And to top it all off, the sound guys have about ruined every set with fluctuating volumes, Ive heard 12 year old DJs do a better job.

I wish I could give ZERO stars! I will NEVER attend for another event. Went for a concert and the people in front of us were ruining the concert experience for us and the people along side of us. We tried to ask them to please be considerate of us behind them and the jerks didnt care. We tried to see if security would help and they, as well as guest services said that there was nothing they could do other than have me fill out a complaint paper that could either be a good response or not. I know its a concert and I can let some parts of it slide but when someone is ruining your experienxe all the way through, something should be done. Other venues are better about managing the area to allow people to enjoy their concert experience, this venue is not that way at all. If you want to go to pay money for a concert, spend it on another venue that will do better in making sure that you to enjoy the concert that you paid for!

Great family destination at an affordable rate. Free parking was available which is a plus since we probably sent 10 bucks in tolls driving there from Tarrant county. Watched the FC Dallas play and there was plenty of pregame activity with live drum line performances and mascot taking pictures. The rain was about to come down and we happened to walk by the covered area that was reserved for a Toyota employees that day. The lady was nice to let us get some shelter preventing us from being drenched. Big thanks to you for saving our evening! We drove all the way out here as a present for my sons birthday and that kind moment saved us from an evening that was already cold, but it would have been miserable if we were wet. Loved watching them game and listening to the fan chants and drum beats. Definitely coming back.

Facility and team you cant ask for anything better...not a bad seat in the house and the atmosphere is great. Players are above and beyond any other sport on and off the field and always find excuses to head out that way. Only bad mark is they do ZERO for Season Ticket Holders...say they save you money, but they give all the marketing and give away items to people who dont have season tickets. Recommend just waiting till the after the end of the last home game and all the deals come out...well worth it either way, but Season Tickets are not as much of a bang for the buck as other professional sports teams. Free Parking regardless where you sit or a Season Ticket Holder or not.

Me and my husband live in Wichita Falls (about a 2 hr drive) to go to the FC Dallas game here at Pizza Hut Park. We had dinner prior to the game at a great sushi restaurant literally across from the park and afterwards went to a great Irish pub. Like every sporting venue the prices are alcohol are a little out of control, but they have a nice "beer garden" with $2 before the game begins. Seats are great and one of the coolest stadiums Ive ever been in. They also had an AWESOME fireworks show after the game that was set to classic rock-better than some 4th of July fireworks Ive seen. Great first experience and we are going down there again for another great day/night!

As a fan of the Seattle Sounders and former season ticket holder at Century Link field in Seattle, WA, I must say I am spoiled to a massive stadium and amazing soccer fan base and culture. That being said, Toyota Stadium is not a bad venue and it meets the demand for soccer in the DFW area. The stadium staff always tries to accommodate us when the Sounders are in town and we travel with the Emerald City Supporters (ECS). We have had a few issues with security staff and fans at this venue which is why I am giving the venue 3 stars but the size and location are also factors in the rating.

If it wasnt in the far out burbs it would be better but I am a loyal Dallasite so take that comment as you will. The game was fun but I wasnt a big fan of the lack of concessions. They have them but they are pretty hidden the way they are integrated into the stadium so I walked past it more than a few times. I imagine in future renovations additions will be made to make the stadium better so I think it still has potential as the team grows in popularity.
